R-375 vs R-350MTR - the step up in the Rotational Series
The R-375 is the higher-capacity model in Global Pool Products' Rotational Series. The R-350MTR carries 350 lbs and is ADA lab tested. The R-375 carries 375 lbs and adds UL Certification on top of the ADA lab testing - making it the more comprehensively certified lift in the series. The 5-year pro-rated warranty on the R-375 also explicitly covers the battery in addition to the actuator and controls, providing broader component coverage than the R-350MTR. Both models share the same 360-degree rotation, 14-inch obstacle clearance, 24V battery system, 4-button controller, 304 stainless steel construction, marine grade hardware, UPS Ground shipping, and lifetime structural warranty. 360-degree rotation - full independent access for pools and spas
The R-375 rotates a full 360 degrees in either direction using the 4-button hand controller. From the raised position on the pool deck, the user rotates over the water and lowers to a minimum submerged depth of 18 inches - in compliance with ADA requirements for pool lifts. The full rotation capability provides installation flexibility around the pool perimeter and the lift clears obstacles up to 14 inches tall during the rotation arc, accommodating most standard in-ground pool coping profiles, tile borders, and deck edge details. The same rotation capability makes the R-375 well suited for spa applications where deck geometry and spa wall profiles vary from standard pool configurations.
UL Certified and ADA compliant - dual third-party verification
The R-375 carries both ADA compliance (laboratory tested to the 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design) and UL Certification (certified to the UL pool lift safety standard). UL Certification is an independent third-party product safety evaluation that goes beyond the ADA compliance testing to evaluate the lift's electrical and mechanical safety systems against UL's own standards. The ADA requirements specify minimum 18 inches seat submersion depth, installation at pools with water depth not exceeding 48 inches, and 36-inch wide by 48-inch deep clear deck space on the deck side of the seat.
24V battery system - independent operation from the seat
The R-375 operates on a sealed 24V rechargeable battery that snaps into the control compartment on the lift. The 4-button hand controller operates all lift functions from the seat - left rotation, right rotation, raise, lower. A red emergency stop button on the control unit provides immediate halt capability; turn clockwise to unlock before use. The battery should be charged for 5-8 hours before first use. When the low battery audible tone sounds, remove the battery immediately and place it on the included charging unit. The charger indicator changes from red to green when fully charged. An optional extra battery is available as an accessory for high-frequency use installations.

The Global Pool Products R-375 carries a lifetime warranty on the structural frame covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
The actuator, battery, and controls carry a 5-year pro-rated warranty from the date of purchase. The pro-rated schedule means the warranty value decreases proportionally over the 5-year period. Battery coverage under the pro-rated warranty is a feature specific to the R-375 that extends beyond the R-350MTR's component warranty. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, use beyond the stated 375 lb weight capacity, failure to follow the maintenance schedule in the Owner's Manual, or normal wear items.
