Our hyperbaric chambers are backed by a 2-year limited warranty covering the main chamber and its core accessories. Supporting equipment—including the air compressor, oxygen concentrator, dehumidifier, cooling unit, and mattress—is protected under a 1-year limited manufacturer’s warranty.
This warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship when the product is used under normal conditions. It does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, negligence, or unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Problems resulting from improper setup, incorrect power supply, or exposure to excessive humidity or extreme temperatures
- Standard wear and tear (such as zipper wear, fading, or surface discoloration)
The warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser. It will be void if the unit is altered, used with non-original components, or operated outside its intended use.
Warranty Support Process
If you encounter an issue during the warranty period:
- Our team or the manufacturer will help diagnose the problem and provide any eligible replacement parts at no charge (shipping costs excluded)
- Repair guidance may be provided via email, phone, or video instructions
If you’ve opted for White Glove Service, your first point of contact will be our U.S.-based installation team—no need to reach out to the manufacturer directly.
For additional support:
- A technician can be arranged to visit your location (U.S. only) for repairs at an extra cost, depending on the job scope and travel requirements
- Payment can be made directly to the technician or requested through Mediriser via invoice
We also provide remote assistance (phone or FaceTime) through our U.S.-based service team for an additional fee. You can:
- Work with your own local technician using our guidance, or
- Get step-by-step help directly from our support team
To start a warranty claim, email support@mediriser.com with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant photos or videos.
Maintenance Responsibility
By purchasing a chamber, you acknowledge that regular maintenance and occasional servicing may be required. Units used in commercial or clinical settings for extended daily hours will naturally require more frequent upkeep compared to those used at home for shorter durations.
Return Policy
All hyperbaric chamber purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, in accordance with our Return Policy.

- Natural disasters or acts of God
- War, terrorism, or civil unrest
- Labor strikes or trade restrictions
- Pandemics or public health emergencies
- Power or internet outages
- Supply chain disruptions

In such situations, we reserve the right to adjust delivery timelines, modify obligations, or cancel part or all of the agreement without penalty. If such disruptions continue for more than 60 days, either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Any payments made for undelivered products or services will be refunded where reasonable and applicable.
