Mediriser was excellent to work with to get a custom-sized hospital mattress and bed. William kept me informed throughout the process. I will contact them directly for any of my future DME needs.

The lift arrived so well packed and promptly. Appreciate it.

A++

Has made our life so much easier.
Great quality and works well so far.

Very good quality.

The best Company we have ever dealt with.
Had a small late shipping issue, but they completely made it right with us. Quality of products are amazingly strong and durable. We definitely will do business with them again.

The IBIS wheelchair to car lift was a game changer for us. My husband has been in a wheelchair for more than 40 years and we have never seen anything like this in the US and had no idea such a lift exist existed.

My guy is hemiplegic and usually able to stand pivot into the car but he broke his femur in November 2025 and had to be non-weight bearing for 3 months. He lost so much strength and ability that he could no longer do any kind of safe transfer.

Our friend found the IBIS wheelchair to car lift online and we decided to take the risk. It was worth every penny and more. Within a day of its arrival we were mobile and in and out of the car again. It is very manageable for me to operate and in our 60’s we are grateful for anything that lightens our load.

Everything arrived as advertised. Customer service was outstanding with clear communication. I was provided help to ensure my measurements were correct and was offered a few options to customize the sling. We had to get a new car right after we bought the lift and it was a good fit in the new car.

We are very pleased and highly recommend this product.

It works very well

I love the fact it installs along the side and does not have a huge footprint. It works great lifting scooter or wheel chair. Easy to use.

Aqua Creek Ranger 2 Pool Lift

Fantastic experience with Mediriser! We purchased a red light therapy bed and an HBOT machine. The customer service team was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. Even when we hit a few unexpected bumps, they completely took ownership and went above and beyond to resolve them. Highly recommended for wellness equipment!

Great customer service and price! Very easy to work with. Great communication.

Once together a really nice addition to our outside. Very intuitive controls on the sauna.

Nice and Easy to Operate

The support team was awesome and the chamber showed up here to the US quickly and works great!
