At Mediriser, we are committed to your satisfaction. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By ordering from mediriser.com, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1. Cancellations — Before Order Ships

Cancellations are not guaranteed if more than 24 hours have passed or the order is in processing.

Cancellations within 24 hours — full refund
After 24 hours or once processing begins — 25% restocking fee + payment processing fee
Custom or special-order products — cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed
Orders over $5,000 — 5% cancellation fee regardless of order status

2. 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery for most products.

Item must be unused, in original condition and packaging with all accessories included
Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage will not be accepted
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Freight-shipped products may incur a restocking fee

Not all products are eligible for return. Return eligibility depends on each manufacturer's policy. Check brand-specific exceptions below or contact us before purchasing.

3. Payment Processing & Restocking Fees

A payment processing fee will be deducted from any refund and is non-refundable. For outright returns, a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping applies. Refused or undeliverable shipments incur a 20–40% restocking fee plus return and outbound shipping.

All hyperbaric chambers are final sale once delivered.

OxyRevo — Built to order, all sales final. Cancellations incur a 10% fee.
Oxygen Health Systems — Built to order, all sales final. Cancellations incur a 10% fee.
Airvida — Built to order, all sales final. Cancellations incur a 10% fee.

5. All Sales Final — Saunas / Cold Plunges

All sauna and cold plunge units are final sale once delivered.

7. All Sales Final — Medical Beds & Mattresses

Due to hygiene and health regulations, all medical beds and mattresses are final sale once delivered or opened — even if unused.

8. All Sales Final — Other Brands

EZ Carrier, Mobile Stairlift, Mobile Patient Lift, Green Transporter, VBX Plate — All sales final

9. Water Ionizers

Tyent — 75-day trial period. 15% restocking fee. Customer pays return shipping.
AlkaViva — 75-day trial period. 15% restocking fee. Customer pays return shipping.
Echo Water — 60-day return period. Items must be unused. Customer pays return shipping.

10. Massage Chairs

Returns accepted within 30 days. Chair must be in original condition and packaging. Customer pays return freight + 25% restocking fee.

Infinity — 30-day returns. 25% restocking fee + return freight. Original packaging required.
Kyota — 30-day returns. 25% restocking fee + return freight. Original packaging required.
Kahuna — 30-day returns. 25% restocking fee + return freight. Original packaging required.

11. Game Ready

Used items — cannot be returned due to FDA certification requirements.
New/unused — 30-day return with 20% restocking fee + return shipping.
Size exchanges allowed on new/unused wraps — customer pays shipping.

12. Pool Lifts & Car Transfer Lifts

All pool lifts — 25% restocking fee + pick up and transport fees.
Mobility Innovations — 25% restocking fee + pick up and transport fees.
Paramobility — 25% restocking fee + pick up and transport fees.

13. Patient Lifts

Tuffcare, Bestcare, Molift, Arjo, Dynarex — 25% restocking fee + shipping cost.

14. Wheelchairs & Mobility Scooters

ComfyGo, Journey, FreeriderUSA — 20% restocking fee + shipping cost.
Shoprider, Karman Healthcare — 25% restocking fee + shipping cost.
All other wheelchair brands — 15–25% restocking fee + shipping cost.

15. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Email support@mediriser.com within 24–48 hours of delivery

We will process an insurance claim on your behalf. If your item arrived defective, we cover all return shipping and replacement costs.

16. Warranty

Warranty terms vary by manufacturer. Please refer to individual product pages. Warranty covers defects through regular use. Damage upon arrival must be reported within 48 hours.

17. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only, minus any applicable restocking fees, return shipping, and payment processing fees, once the returned item is inspected and confirmed in original condition.

18. Shipping Time Estimates

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to supply chain, manufacturing, or carrier delays. We will keep you updated on your order status.

19. Chargebacks

Contact us before filing a chargeback — we are available Monday to Sunday. Any customer who initiates a fraudulent chargeback will be held liable for theft by fraud.
