At Mediriser, we’re committed to getting your order to you safely, securely, and without unnecessary delays. Available delivery methods can be found on each product page and selected during checkout.
Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This means we’ve successfully received your order and pre-authorized your payment method.
We’ll then check with our suppliers to confirm product availability. If an item is out of stock or on backorder, the pre-authorization will be canceled and you’ll be notified via email. If your item is available for shipment (typically within 5 business days), your payment will be processed and your order will move forward.
Order Shipping
Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, in-stock items are shipped within 5 business days.
You’ll receive tracking details via email within 24 hours after your order leaves the warehouse. Make sure your email address is entered correctly at checkout. If you haven’t received tracking info within 6 business days, contact us at support@mediriser.com and we’ll sort it out.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the contiguous United States (48 states). Some exceptions may apply.
If checkout allows you to enter your shipping address and complete your order, delivery is available to your location. Select products may also be shipped to Canada—check the product page or reach out to our support team for details.
Delivery Scheduling & Storage Fees
Large equipment and chamber deliveries require scheduled appointments with the freight carrier.
Once your order is ready, the carrier will contact you using the phone number and email provided at checkout to arrange delivery. It’s your responsibility to respond and coordinate timing.
If the carrier cannot reach you after multiple attempts—or delivery is delayed due to missed appointments, refusal, or lack of response—your shipment may be placed in temporary storage.
Any storage fees, re-delivery charges, or related costs resulting from missed communication or scheduling delays are the customer’s responsibility and are not covered by Mediriser.
To avoid extra charges, keep your contact details accurate and stay responsive once your order has shipped.
Shipping Options
We offer multiple delivery options based on your needs:

Insured Curbside Delivery (Free):
Our standard shipping option at no cost. Delivery typically takes 5–15 days after your order is placed. -
White Glove Delivery:
Your item will be delivered to your room of choice, with minor setup included. The delivery team will also remove all packaging materials. (Note: Saunas are not assembled as part of this service.)
