About Your Mattress Choices
All Flexabed mattresses feature…
Multi-layered cushion top
Premier adjustable bed mattresses feature a plush, multi-layered, quilted cushion top made with hi-density, polyurethane foam and flame resistant polyester fiber
Non-skid bottom layer
Bottom layers are protected by a non-skid material that prevents the mattress from sliding across the adjustable foundation and provides a flame-resistant barrier
Inner bonded for durability
Entire mattress construction is inner bonded to insure durability and superb tailoring throughout the life of the mattress
Elegant
Soft, high quality knit fabric complete with suede border and designer taped edges to create an elegant look
All quilted top mattresses (except "Low Profile") are approximately 10.5" high at crown (9.5" high at edge)

The deluxe innerspring mattress
High density, polyurethane comfort layer and innerspring unit available in soft, medium and firm. Innerspring mattresses feature a beautiful knit fabric quilt panel with a tack and jump pattern and suede border with designer taped edges.

The following are only available for the Hi-Low and the Premier Flexabeds

The low profile mattress
Reduces the overall height of the bed by 4 inches, making it easier for people with limited mobility to get in and out of bed. It's also great for those who prefer a minimalist style.
The innerspring/memory foam combo mattress
Combines the support of innersprings with the comfort of memory foam. It's great for side and back sleepers, combination sleepers, and hot-natured sleepers, but not ideal for those who prefer a softer mattress type.
The memory foam mattress
Cradles every curve of your body while providing support for joints and pressure points, making it great for side, back, and stomach sleepers under 230 pounds. It may not be the best option for hot-natured sleepers or those who need to move around easily.
The gel memory foam mattress
Creates a cooler sleeping surface, making it perfect for hot-natured sleepers and side sleepers, but may not be the best option for cold-natured sleepers.
The natural latex foam mattress
Provides a soft feel and dynamic support for proper alignment. It's great for those who prefer a firm mattress, have joint pain, or are light sleepers, but may not be the best option for hot-natured sleepers or those who prefer a softer mattress type.

Bluetooth Connectivity
Pairing your phone with your Flexabed is quick and effortless. Simply download the Okin SmartBed app from the App Store or Google Play and follow the easy setup process to connect your device to your bed via Bluetooth. Once paired, you’re ready to experience the convenience of app-controlled adjustability.
How to Pair Your Phone to Your Flexabed:
- Download the Okin SmartBed app on your iPhone or Android device.
- Open the app and follow the prompts to create your account with Okin.
- Enable Bluetooth connectivity on your phone in your device settings.
- Navigate to the “POSITION” screen within the app.
- Click on the three horizontal bars in the upper left corner.
- Select the “Bluetooth” option at the bottom of the screen.
- Look for the device named “SmartBed” in the device list and click to pair.
- If “SmartBed” is not found, return to the “Position” screen and retry.
SmartBed App Controls
Once connected, the Okin SmartBed app gives you access to a range of convenient features. Swipe through three different settings screens to control your bed’s adjustability and functions with ease.

Position: This menu offers various controls for adjusting the position of your bed, allowing you to find the perfect angle for optimal comfort.

Massage: Control the massage system of your bed directly from the app, customizing settings to suit your preferences and relaxation needs.

Alarm: Set alarms to wake you gently using bed functions such as adjusting to a memory position or activating the massage system, ensuring a peaceful start to your day.
Warranty
Flexabed Limited Lifetime Warranty
Because Flexabed builds every bed by hand, we stand behind our product with a great warranty. This warranty covers the entire bed—each and every component and design feature (even the mattress!), without exception.
BEST OF ALL
Our warranty is even transferable. It’s not limited to the person who purchases the bed. So if you sell or give the bed to someone else, it remains under warranty.
This warranty does not apply to any product subjected to customer misuse, electrical surges, damage in transit or handling by the delivering agent unless the customer signs the bill of lading with damages noted, or which, in the opinion of Flexabed, has been altered or repaired by an unauthorized representative in any way that affects the reliability or detracts from the performance of the product. Replacement parts are warranted for the unexpired balance of the original warranty period. This warranty does not include responsibility for transportation or handling expenses except those specified. The foregoing is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed, implied, or statutory. Flexabed neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for it any other obligation or liability in connection with the sale of this product.
In order to prove a defect in materials or workmanship, the customer will be expected to provide pictures and/or video as prescribed by Flexabed service personnel in order to prove the defect is not normal wear and tear on the product. If you experience any problem with your Flexabed at any time regardless of the stage of your warranty, please contact us and we will make every effort to help you.
In the unlikely event that critical repair components become impossible to acquire during the life of your bed and a repair cannot be made, Flexabed will offer an “in-lieu-of” discount of 33% off the MSRP that is in effect at that time toward the purchase of a new mattress or articulating base unit.
MOTORS AND LIFTING MECHANISM
• During the first 12 months after purchase, Flexabed will provide in-home parts and labor at no charge. All parts will be shipped via UPS ground. Any expedited charges must be paid by the customer.
• After the first year, any part may be sent to the factory freight prepaid by the customer for repair, reconditioning or replacement at the factory’s option for a $100.00 fee plus any shipping charges incurred to ship the part back to the customer.
MATTRESS AND UPHOLSTERED BASE
• During the first 12 months after purchase, Flexabed will provide in-home repairs or replacement at the factory’s option at no charge provided the defect is demonstrated to be a defect in materials or workmanship and is more than normal wear and tear.
• After the first year of purchase, the mattress and or the upholstered base may be sent to the factory freight prepaid by the customer for repair, reconditioning or replacement at the factory’s option for a $100.00 fee and will be returned freight collect at the customer’s expense. Note – If the mattress shows unmistakable signs of abuse or wetting the warranty is void and you will have the option to have it returned to you as-is freight collect or discarded.
