The R-350MTR rotates a full 360 degrees in either direction using the 4-button hand controller. From the raised position on the pool deck, the user rotates the seat over the water, then lowers into the pool to a minimum submerged depth of 18 inches - in compliance with ADA requirements for pool lifts. The seat can stop at any point in the lowering cycle to accommodate the user's comfort level. On exit, the lift raises completely to the top of the cycle before rotating back to the deck position. The full rotation capability allows installation flexibility around the pool perimeter, and the lift clears obstacles up to 14 inches tall during the rotation arc - accommodating most standard in-ground pool coping, tile borders, and deck edge details.

The R-350MTR operates on a sealed 24V rechargeable battery that mounts into the control compartment on the lift. The included 4-button hand controller operates all lift functions from the seat: left and right rotation arrows, up arrow to raise, down arrow to lower. An emergency stop button on top of the control unit provides immediate halt capability. The battery should be charged for 5-8 hours before first use. When a low battery tone sounds, the battery should be removed and placed on the included charging unit. The charger indicator changes from red (charging) to green (fully charged). A spare battery is available as an optional accessory for high-frequency use where continuous availability is required between charges.

The actuator and controls carry a 5-year pro-rated warranty from the date of purchase. Pro-rated coverage means the warranty value decreases proportionally over the 5-year period. See the Warranty Information document above for the full pro-rated schedule and claim procedure.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, use beyond the stated 350 lb weight capacity, failure to follow the maintenance schedule in the Owner's Manual, or normal wear items.
