Legend Series - non-rotating, 2-button simplicity
The L-350 is Global Pool Products' non-rotating Legend Series lift - distinct from the Rotational Series (R-350MTR, R-375, R-450R) which rotate 90 or 360 degrees to swing the seat over the pool edge. The Legend Series uses a fixed arm that raises and lowers the seat in a straight arc from the anchor position over the pool edge. The 2-button hand controller operates raise (up arrow) and lower (down arrow) only - the simplest pool lift operation interface available. For pools with standard deck geometry where the anchor can be positioned to lower the seat directly into the water without the seat needing to rotate, the L-350 provides a clean, straightforward, and cost-effective accessible pool entry solution. Before first use, perform a test run with the seat empty to confirm the lift arc is clear of all pool edge obstacles.
Field reversible - right seat standard, converts to left
The L-350 ships with the seat in the right position as standard. It is field reversible - the seat can be converted from right to left position in the field using the included Reversible Instructions document, without factory service or professional installation. Right seat position means the user transfers to the right side onto the pool deck; left seat position means the user transfers to the left side. The correct orientation depends on the pool deck layout and the user's transfer preference or physical requirements. While field reversibility allows the change to be made after delivery, confirming the required seat orientation for the specific pool deck before ordering simplifies installation day.
24V battery - 2-button independent operation
The L-350 operates on a sealed 24V rechargeable battery that snaps into the control compartment. The 2-button hand controller raises and lowers the seat from the seated position throughout the full transfer sequence - the user does not need poolside assistance to operate the lift. A red emergency stop button on the control unit provides immediate halt capability; turn clockwise to the up position before use to confirm the unit is in the on position. Charge the battery for 5-8 hours before first use. The charging indicator is amber/orange while charging and turns green when fully charged. Battery voltage should read between 26 and 28 volts when tested. If the audible low battery tone sounds during use, stop the lift immediately, exit safely, and recharge the battery before further use. An optional extra battery is available for high-frequency installations where continuous availability between charges is required.

2-button simplicity - clearest operation interface

For users who find multi-button controllers confusing or physically difficult to manage from the seat, the two-function interface eliminates ambiguity completely: one button descends, one ascends. The user can stop at any point in the lower cycle at a comfortable position to exit, rather than having to complete the full arc. Completing the full raise cycle back to the top is recommended when exiting the pool for the safest exit position.
Field reversible - install day flexibility
The L-350 ships right seat as standard and converts to left seat in the field using the included Reversible Instructions. No factory return, no professional service. The correct seat orientation depends on the pool deck layout and the user's preferred transfer direction. With field reversibility, the orientation decision can be made on installation day after the anchor position is confirmed and the deck geometry is assessed, rather than needing to specify it before the lift ships.

Warranty
5-year structural warranty + 5-year pro-rated actuator and controls
The Global Pool Products L-350 carries a 5-year warranty on the structural frame covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
The actuator and controls carry a 5-year pro-rated warranty from the date of purchase. The pro-rated schedule means the warranty value decreases proportionally over the 5-year period. See the Warranty Information document above for the full pro-rated schedule and claim procedure.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, use beyond the stated 350 lb weight capacity, failure to follow the maintenance schedule in the Owner's Manual, or normal wear items.
