Legend Series - non-rotating, 2-button simplicity
The L-325 is Global Pool Products' non-rotating Legend Series lift - distinct from the Rotational Series (R-350MTR, R-375, R-450R) which rotate 90 or 360 degrees to position the seat over the water. The Legend Series uses a fixed arm that swings the seat over the pool edge in a straight raise/lower arc from the anchor position. The 2-button hand controller operates raise (up arrow) and lower (down arrow) only - a simpler control interface than the Rotational Series' 4-button controller. For pools with straightforward deck geometry where the anchor can be positioned to place the seat directly over the water without requiring the extended arc of a rotating lift, the L-325 is the cleaner and more economical solution. Before lowering, perform a test run with the seat empty to confirm the lift arc clears all pool edge obstacles; when exiting the pool, complete the full raise cycle to the top before exiting the seat.
Field reversible - right seat standard, converts to left
The L-325 ships with the seat in the right position as standard. It is field reversible - the seat can be converted from right to left position in the field using the included Reversible Instructions document, without returning the lift to the factory or requiring professional service. Right seat position means the user transfers from the right side of the seat onto the pool deck; left seat position means the user transfers from the left side. The correct seat position depends on the specific pool deck layout and the user's transfer preference. Confirm the required seat position for the installation before ordering - while field reversibility allows the change to be made on site, having the correct orientation from the start simplifies installation. 24V battery system - 2-button independent operation
The L-325 operates on a sealed 24V rechargeable battery that snaps into the control compartment on the lift. The 2-button hand controller raises and lowers the seat. A red emergency stop button on top of the control unit provides immediate halt - turn clockwise to the up position before use to ensure the unit is in the on position. The battery should be charged for 5-8 hours before first use. During charging, the indicator light is amber/orange; when fully charged, the light turns green. Battery voltage should read between 26 and 28 volts when tested. If the battery cannot charge above 25 volts, replace the battery. When the low battery audible tone sounds during use, stop immediately and recharge before continuing. An optional extra battery is available for high-frequency use installations.

ℹ️ L-325 vs Rotational Series - which is right for the pool? The L-325 is a non-rotating lift: the seat raises and lowers in a fixed arc from the anchor point. The Rotational Series (R-350MTR, R-375) rotates 360 degrees to swing the seat over the pool from the deck position. Choose the L-325 for pools with standard deck geometry where the anchor can be placed to lower the seat directly into the water without rotation. Choose the Rotational Series for pools where the anchor position requires the seat to rotate over the pool edge to reach the water, or where maximum placement flexibility around the pool perimeter is needed.

The Legend Series L-325 and L-350 are the same lift in two weight capacity options. Both are non-rotating, 2-button raise/lower, field reversible, ADA compliant, UL Certified, 304 stainless steel with multi-step powder coat, marine grade hardware, 24V battery, and 5-year structural warranty. The L-325 has a 325 lb weight capacity. The L-350 has a 350 lb weight capacity. Choose the L-325 for users up to 325 lbs where the lower capacity is sufficient and appropriate. Choose the L-350 for users approaching or over 325 lbs where the extra 25 lbs of capacity provides comfortable headroom above the rated limit. Both ship via UPS Ground. The actuator and controls carry a 5-year pro-rated warranty from the date of purchase. The pro-rated schedule means the warranty value decreases proportionally over the 5-year period. See the Warranty Information document above for the full pro-rated schedule and claim procedure.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, use beyond the stated 325 lb weight capacity, failure to follow the maintenance schedule in the Owner's Manual, or normal wear items.
