The Global Pool Products HR-350 Home Series lift carries a 2-year limited structural warranty on the metal structure (not including the powder coating process) from the date of original purchase.
The actuator, controls, and battery carry a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse, negligence, misuse, improper chemical use, fading, ice damage, fire, cosmetic rust, use beyond the 350 lb weight capacity, failure to follow installation or assembly instructions per the Owner's Manual, normal wear and tear, or improper maintenance.
