Are there any security features on this scooter?
Your Q Runner mobility scooter comes with a unique ignition key, and much like a car, cannot be started without it. You can also purchase a GPS tracker which beams the current location of your scooter wherever it is. This way, even if a thief takes your scooter, you and the police can track its exact location. It's best to store your scooter indoors if you're able to do so.
Does the Q Runner scooter have lights for nighttime riding? Does it have turn signals?
Yes, this mobility scooter comes with a full lighting package – a powerful headlight - rear lights as well as front - and rear turn signals. Riding in the dark isn't for everyone though and you should carefully consider the safety of doing this in your area, even with a full lighting package on your scooter.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Restock fees will be deducted in amounts ranging from 15% to 25% of the value of the item being returned.
