Warranty
Harvia limited warranty
The Harvia KIP80W is covered by Harvia's limited warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers defects in manufacturing and materials under normal use conditions. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, use without the required stone load, use of non-Harvia stones, connection to a GFI/GFCI breaker, operating without a compatible external control unit, or failure to follow Harvia's installation and operating guidelines. A licensed electrician is required for all electrical connections. Proof of purchase from an authorized Harvia dealer is required for warranty claims. We are an authorized Harvia dealer.
