Full 3-year coverage on the main chamber body. All soft chamber windows are covered for 20 years. Hardware including the oxygen concentrator, air conditioner, dehumidifier, and air compressor is covered against defects for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Warranty certification

Based on 7 years of performance data, we know with a high degree of certainty that manufacturing defects, if any, are most likely to occur within the first 12 months. Should faulty materials or workmanship be found, we first provide troubleshooting guidance. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, overuse, mishandling, unauthorized modification, sheathing change, inadequate maintenance, improper equipment handling, or user operation.

Can I do HBOT by myself or is it a 2-person job?

You can use all of our hyperbaric chambers alone. You do not need a second person to get you inside and zipped up. Interior controls allow you to lock the zipper and start pressurization without any outside assistance. Must have full mobility to lay down and stand up again to exit.

How big is the main window?

The main window is 7.5 inches (vertical) by 17 inches (horizontal). The side windows have a 7-inch diameter. There are 7 total double-deck 1mm thick windows providing excellent light and visibility from multiple angles throughout every session.

What all do I need with this hyperbaric chamber?

Do I need to install firewalls for using this system?

No additional firewalls are required. Our system runs the interior of the chamber at 40% oxygen. The oxygen converted from room air into 95% oxygen enters the chamber, and the evacuated air redistributes into the room at the same or lower oxygen percentage as it started — the net room oxygen percentage is never increased. This is fundamentally different from hospital-grade chambers that use compressed oxygen tanks, which can raise room oxygen to dangerous levels if vented indoors.

How do oxygen molecules get deeper into your tissues with Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy?

Under increased pressure, oxygen molecules shrink and can squeeze through constricted blood vessels, inflamed tissue, across the blood-brain barrier, and into lymph nodes, cerebrospinal fluid, and the musculoskeletal system. This is analogous to CO2 dissolving into soda under pressure — when the can is opened, CO2 expands and you see the fizz. The same principle applies to oxygen under hyperbaric pressure: molecules dissolve into the blood plasma and are delivered to oxygen-starved tissues, supporting cellular repair and optimal activity. Oxygen is the final electron acceptor in the Electron Transport Chain where all ATP is produced. Without oxygen we cannot make energy for our brain, organs, or tissue. The more oxygen delivered to our tissues, the healthier, more energetic, and mentally well we feel.

Products must be returned in the original packaging and in a new and resellable condition. Refunds will be determined by incoming inspection and if not returned or packed properly, the refund may be denied.

RETURN PROCEDURE

To return a product, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) that is located in the MY ACCOUNT section next to each order item that you want to return. The RMA form will include an exact return address and detailed instructions on how to return a product. Please allow 24 to 72 hours for processing your claim.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs (including warranty products) associated with any returns.
DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

We all know that accidents happen sometimes. If your product(s) have arrive defective, damaged, or simply incorrect, please contact our customer service department, at support@mediriser.com or call 251-292-1169 as soon as possible to with speak with our customer service. Be sure to have your order number ready for faster processing and leave a detailed message if possible. Please do not attempt to use, open or handle the item, especially if it is broken glass! We will send you a replacement item and provide you with a prepaid return label to return the defective item once we have received your request. In some cases the item may not need to be returned. Product(s) must be returned to us within 30 days. If the damage was caused by a shipping courier, we will schedule a damage pick up by the courier.

When a replacement item is requested to be shipped prior to the return of original merchandise, we may need to receive the original merchandise return, before we can ship the replacement. This is a case by case scenario and each defective, damage or incorrect product return process may be different.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can not be cancelled once the order confirmation is received.

When you request a cancellation of an order or item it may take up to 72 hours to process your cancellation claim. This process may involve voiding orders in computer systems, removing items from backorder logs, having operations personnel pull items from production schedules and sometimes stopping orders at the shipping dock. Also note that sometimes products ship more quickly than expected, so we recommend that you do not purchase alternative products until receiving final confirmation of your cancellation.
