The window changes the whole feeling of the session
Most people who install a barrel sauna with a rear window say the same thing: they did not realize how much the view would matter until they were sitting in one. The half-moon shape is wide enough to frame a proper scene a stand of trees, a garden, a pool, a mountain ridge at dusk and the tempered bronze glass manages heat retention far better than you'd expect. The interior stays just as warm as a solid-walled barrel. But sessions feel different when there is a horizon to look at. Bathers stay in longer, and they do not have to think about staying in. Nordic materials built to outlast the seasons
The thermal treatment that makes Thermo-Spruce what it is pressurized heat and steam, no chemicals densifies the wood cell structure on a molecular level. It eliminates the sugars fungi feed on, reduces the wood's ability to absorb moisture, and makes it dimensionally stable through years of heat-and-cool cycles that would warp untreated wood. The result outlasts cedar two to one in real outdoor conditions and needs no staining, sealing, or repainting over its lifetime. Heavy-duty stainless steel barrel bands 1-7/8 inches wide, 1/8 inch thick hold the entire structure together under compression, keeping every stave locked tight session after session, year after year.

Lifetime structural warranty
Every SaunaLife barrel is covered by a Lifetime Warranty on the cabin structure and all non-electrical components under normal residential use. If a factory defect appears at any point, SaunaLife will repair or replace the affected parts at no cost to you. The sauna heater is sold separately and carries its own manufacturer warranty typically 2–5 years depending on the brand selected. Installation must follow the included manual and all applicable local electrical codes to maintain warranty eligibility.
