At 71 inches long with the same full 81-inch diameter as its 3-person sibling, the E7 gives each bather real bench space, real headroom, and the same ergonomically contoured seating that makes a 30-minute session feel effortless. More length, same uncompromising comfort
Barrel saunas with smaller diameters force bathers into an uncomfortable arc your back curves the wrong way, your knees have nowhere to go, and headroom becomes a problem. The E7 solves this with its oversize 81-inch diameter: a gentler seating arc that allows the benches to be ergonomically contoured and form-fitting, and a 6-foot 5-inch interior height that means you can stand upright and walk in without ducking. The knotless Thermo-Aspen benches and arched backrest cut 1.1 inches thick and 3.5 inches wide provide real lumbar support for every body type, for as long as you want to stay in.
Nordic wood built for decades of outdoor use
Every stave in the E7 is cut from thermally treated Nordic Spruce 1.65 inches thick, full length, and processed without any chemical preservatives. The thermal treatment densifies the wood, makes it dimensionally stable, and gives it a natural resistance to moisture, insects, and decay that outlasts cedar by a factor of two. The staves are locked together with heavy-duty stainless steel barrel bands that are 1-7/8 inches wide and 1/8 inch thick wide enough and strong enough to compress the structure through years of heat-and-cool cycles without loosening.
Built to handle water from every direction
The E7 ships with a complete black shingle roof kit and side-mounted drip edges that keep rain out entirely no additional waterproofing needed after installation. Inside, two floor drains handle everything else: one positioned under the heater for enthusiastic löyly sessions, and a second near the door to collect any water carried in from a cold plunge or pool. Splash freely. It is built for it.

Built where sauna is a way of life.
SaunaLife was founded by a group of sauna enthusiasts who believed that a world-class outdoor sauna should not require a contractor, a massive budget, or any compromise on quality. Their solution was to travel to Northern Europe Estonia, one of the original sauna countries and partner directly with Nordic craftsmen who build with the same thermally treated spruce used in Scandinavian outdoor structures for generations.
Every barrel ships as a numbered, ready-to-assemble kit designed for two people and basic tools in a single day. Once it is built, the Thermo-Spruce exterior needs nothing beyond an occasional wipe-down. The structure is covered by a lifetime warranty. If something fails due to a factory defect, SaunaLife repairs or replaces it no questions asked.

Lifetime structural warranty
Every SaunaLife barrel is covered by a Lifetime Warranty on the cabin structure and all non-electrical components under normal residential use. If a factory defect appears at any point, SaunaLife will repair or replace the affected parts at no cost to you. The sauna heater is sold separately and carries its own manufacturer warranty typically 2–5 years depending on the brand selected. Installation must follow the included manual and all applicable local electrical codes to maintain warranty eligibility.
