Please review the following terms and conditions under which FreeRider Healthcare agrees to provide repair services.
Battery Warranty
The lithium battery included with your Luggie Chair carries a limited 12-month warranty against material defects and workmanship. Battery performance naturally declines with use and charge cycles, and normal wear is not covered under warranty.
Terms and Conditions
- The structural frame is covered for 3 years (36 months) from the purchase date against defects in materials or workmanship.
- The motor, transaxle, brake assembly, and electrical components are covered for 1 year (12 months) from the purchase date.
- The lithium battery included with the unit is covered for 1 year (12 months) from the purchase date against material defects and workmanship.
- This warranty is valid and enforceable only on products purchased in the United States from an Authorized Luggie Dealer.
- This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable due to the individualized nature of this product.
- This warranty covers repair or replacement, at FreeRider Healthcare's discretion, of defective parts only, and does not cover labor, installation, or shipping charges to and from an Authorized Dealer.
- Parts replaced or repaired under this warranty are covered for the remaining original warranty period, not a new warranty term.
- This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accident, unauthorized modification, or the use of parts not supplied or approved by an Authorized Luggie Dealer.
- This warranty does not cover items considered normal wear, including tires, upholstery, and plastic components, unless proven to be a manufacturing defect.
- No dealer or other party has authority to make warranties on behalf of FreeRider Healthcare beyond the express terms contained in this warranty.
