Choosing a mobility device is a big decision. The best way to know if it fits your home, your routine and your comfort is to use it yourself. With the Mediriser 7-Day Home Trial, you can test select power wheelchairs and mobility scooters in your own living space before you fully commit.

If it is not the right match, send it back within the trial window and receive a refund, as long as it is returned in the same condition you received it.

How the Home Trial Works

  1. Place your orderPick an eligible model and complete your purchase. Full payment is taken at checkout.
  2. Review and accept the trial termsBefore your order ships, you will be asked to read and confirm the trial terms and conditions.
  3. Delivery to your homeYour chair or scooter ships directly from the manufacturer to your address.
  4. Use it for 7 daysYour trial starts the day the product is delivered. You get the delivery day plus 7 full days, for a total of 8 days.
  5. Keep it indoorsDuring the trial, please use the product inside your home only. Outdoor use is not allowed until the trial period has ended.
  6. Decide and request a return if neededIf the product is not right for you, contact us before your trial ends and we will send you a prepaid return label. The product must be shipped back within 3 days of receiving that label.
  7. Inspection and refundOnce the return arrives, it is checked for condition. If it comes back in the same state it was delivered, your full refund is issued.

Please note: If the returned product shows damage, a 25% restocking fee plus the cost of any repairs will be subtracted from your refund. Products cannot be kept beyond the 7-day trial period and still qualify for a trial return.
