The Z-4 is powered by a 250W motor and a 12AH lithium-ion battery. This mobility scooter can go up to 13 miles on a single charge and has a max speed of 5 mph. An optional 20AH battery extends the range to up to 30 miles, though it is not airline or cruise approved.
EASY TO CONTROL
The Z-4 4-wheel electric scooter comes with a wrap around delta tiller on the steering wheel along with an innovative design. The speed is adjustable depending on the user's preference. So if you are riding in a store or through a crowd of people, you can set the speed at the lowest setting.

Does my scooter arrive fully assembled?+
Your scooter will arrive almost fully assembled. When your scooter arrives, you'll need to attach the remaining parts.
Can my scooter go on an airplane or cruise?+
Yes. The 12AH (288WH) lithium-ion battery is travel approved by most major airlines and cruise lines. Before travelling by airline or cruise, please contact the airline or cruise line to confirm their travel battery regulations.
I've run out of battery. Can I push my scooter?+
Yes. The Z-4 scooter can operate without battery. Make sure the power is off, then disengage the motor by pulling the levers on the motor to the unlocked position. Doing this will set your scooter to free wheel mode.
Does the armrest raise?+
Yes. Both armrests can raise to allow an easier exchange or to make it easier to push your scooter closer to a table.
How do I charge the battery?+
The lithium-ion battery is charged directly on the battery. The charge time for an empty battery is 6 to 8 hours. If your battery has a partial charge, the charge time will be less. When the battery is fully charged, unplug the charger from the battery and then unplug it from the power outlet.
Does my scooter come with a warranty?+
Yes. The Z-4 scooter comes with a standard 3-year frame, 1-year motor, 1-year battery, and 1-year electronic parts warranty.
Can I use my scooter on dirt and grass?+
Yes. The Z-4 can traverse low grass and compacted dirt with ease.
Where can I find the serial number of my scooter?+
The serial number can be found in three places: on the frame near the footrest, in the product manual, and on the box the scooter was shipped in.

IBIS Wheelchair to Car Lift
The IBIS wheelchair to car lift was a game changer for us. My husband has been in a wheelchair for more than 40 years and we have never seen anything like this in the US and had no idea such a lift exist existed.
My guy is hemiplegic and usually able to stand pivot into the car but he broke his femur in November 2025 and had to be non-weight bearing for 3 months. He lost so much strength and ability that he could no longer do any kind of safe transfer.
Our friend found the IBIS wheelchair to car lift online and we decided to take the risk. It was worth every penny and more. Within a day of its arrival we were mobile and in and out of the car again. It is very manageable for me to operate and in our 60’s we are grateful for anything that lightens our load.
Everything arrived as advertised. Customer service was outstanding with clear communication. I was provided help to ensure my measurements were correct and was offered a few options to customize the sling. We had to get a new car right after we bought the lift and it was a good fit in the new car.
