The ComfyGo X-7 is an ultra-lightweight electric wheelchair built for everyday mobility and travel, without the higher price tag of a carbon fiber chair. The aircraft-grade aluminum alloy frame weighs just 40 lbs without batteries, yet the chair still supports riders up to 265 lbs.
Two 250W brushless motors deliver a combined 500W of quiet, smooth power, capable of handling grass, dirt, gravel, and hills with a climbing capability of up to 9 degrees. Dual 10AH lithium-ion batteries are airline and cruise approved, feature a quick-release design for easy charging on or off the chair, and deliver up to 23 miles of range on a single charge.
A 360 degree digital joystick controller with an LCD display, USB charging port, and an integrated headlight keeps riders in control day or night. The X-7 also comes standard with a Bluetooth-enabled, hands-free remote control so caregivers can maneuver the chair, adjust speed, and sound the horn from up to 25 feet away.
Riders get a 19 inch wide seat with an 18 inch memory foam cushion featuring cooling gel inserts, with an optional leather cushion and backrest available for easy cleaning. Intelligent electromagnetic brakes and adjustable anti-tip bars add extra safety and stability, and seven speed settings, capped at a 4 mph top speed, give riders fine control in any environment. Every X-7 passes multiple quality control inspections before it ships.

FAQ
Can I turn my wheelchair on or off with the remote control?+
No. The wheelchair's power must be turned on before the remote control is turned on. This allows the controller to pair with the chair.
Does my wheelchair arrive fully assembled?+
Your wheelchair will arrive almost fully assembled. When your wheelchair arrives, you'll need to attach the remaining parts.
Can my wheelchair go on an airplane or cruise?+
Yes. The X-7's lithium-ion batteries are travel approved by most major airlines and cruise lines. Before travelling by airline or cruise, please contact the airline or cruise line to confirm their travel battery regulations.
I've run out of battery. Can I push my chair?+
Yes. The wheelchair can operate like a manual wheelchair. Make sure the power is off, then disengage both motors by pulling the levers on each motor to the unlocked position. Doing this will set your wheelchair to free wheel mode.
Does my remote control come paired with my chair?+
Yes. The remote control comes paired with your chair out of the box. If it ever loses its pairing, follow the pairing steps in your owner's manual to reconnect it.
Can I silence the beeping sound my wheelchair makes while reversing?+
Yes. Press the (+) key on the controller until you reach the top speed, then hold the button down until you see the amber light in the middle of the display. Quickly press the horn button and the beeping will stop. Repeat these steps if you want the beeping sound back.
Does the armrest raise?+
Yes. Both armrests can raise to allow an easier transfer or to make it easier to push your chair closer to a table.
How do I charge the battery?+
The lithium-ion battery can be charged through the joystick controller or directly on the battery. The charge time for an empty battery is 6 to 8 hours. If your battery has a partial charge, the charge time will be less. When the battery is fully charged, unplug the charger from the battery and from the power outlet.
Can I install my controller on either side of the wheelchair?+
Yes. The controller will be set up on the right side of the wheelchair by default, but it can be easily moved to the left side.
Does my wheelchair come with a warranty?+
Yes. The X-7 comes with a standard 3-year frame, 1-year motor, 1-year battery, and 1-year electronic parts warranty.
Can I use my wheelchair on dirt and grass?+
Yes. The X-7 can traverse low grass and compacted dirt with ease.
Where can I find the serial number of my wheelchair?+
The serial number can be found in three places: on the frame near the footrest, in the product manual, and on the box the wheelchair was shipped in.
