Both models are able to have the seat tilted upwards by an assistant in order to relieve fatigue, prevent pressure ulcers, and effortlessly change your posture. Warranty

• The Orion II is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase and lifetime for the frame.
• Upholstery for 90 days, under normal use. 
• Power Tilt Batteries are warranted for six (6) months
• Control box, battery charger, actuator and hand control are warranted for one (1) year.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Restock fees will be deducted in amounts ranging from 15% to 25% of the value of the item being returned. The minimum restock fee on lower-value orders will be $15.
