Two Zones of Relaxation for Classic Comfort
The Perfect Sleep Chair is designed to focus relief and comfort on two of the body's most prevalent pain and problem areas: upper body and lower limbs. With independently operating motors, each area gets the attention it needs for supportive positioning and ultimate comfort. The upper body zone can be accessed with the touch of a button, to direct relaxation and relief specifically to a tired, tense lower back, slumping shoulders or achy hips and spine. The independent movement of the backrest allows adjustable support for back and shoulders, releasing stress and strain from the upper body.

Both the traditional Perfect Sleep Chair and new Perfect Sleep Chair - Ultimate offer the specialized attention to (1) upper body and (2) lower body zones, but the five-motor Perfect Sleep Chair - Ultimate covers other zones as well, to broaden and deepen the restorative functions.

In this chair, all of the body's five positioning zones can be individually accessed for customized comfort and treatment measures. Those areas include (3) the lumbar, with adjustable support to take pressure off the spine and give the back muscles a chance to relax and rejuvenate; (4) the head and neck, thanks to a headrest with layers of customized support that cradles and hugs, encouraging natural support of the spine; and (5) the full-body experience that comes with a full-chair tilt! Unavailable in ordinary recliners, the full-chair tilt produces a feeling of weightlessness, encourages circulation, and promotes an end-of-day release of muscle tension and joint pain.

Warranty Coverage by Model
The Perfect Sleep Chair is available in 2-Zone and 5-Zone models. Warranty coverage differs between the two, so please refer to the section below that matches your chair. All other warranty terms, exclusions, and conditions apply equally to both models.
2-Zone Models: Three-Year Parts Warranty
Journey Health & Lifestyle warrants the frame, lift mechanism, recline mechanism, and electrical parts of this chair against defects to the original purchaser only, for a period of three years from the date of original purchase. Labor to replace these parts is covered for one year on all models.
5-Zone Models: Lifetime & Seven-Year Warranty
Journey Health & Lifestyle warrants the frame, lift mechanism, and recline mechanism for the lifetime of the chair to the original consumer; labor to replace these parts is subsidized for three years. The electrical parts are warranted for three years from the date of original purchase, with labor subsidized for one year. From the fourth through the seventh year, electrical parts are warranted on a prorated basis: 35% off the suggested retail price in year 4, 25% in year 5, 15% in year 6, and 5% in year 7. (For example, a part with a $100 retail price replaced in year 4 would cost $65.)
Terms Applicable to Warranty (All Models)
We will, at our option, repair and/or replace the defective parts and/or components, provided that the warranty parts have not been subject to misuse, abuse, or improper service by the consumer, have not been damaged in transit or handling, and/or have not been altered or repaired by unauthorized representatives. We shall not be responsible or obligated to pay for any costs or expenses for examination of any warranted parts, nor is Journey Health & Lifestyle to pay cost for transportation, handling, and packaging of the parts or components. This warranty does not include costs for unnecessary service calls, i.e., in-home service calls solely for the purpose of educating the consumer about the product, or finding an unsatisfactory power connection, etc. Exceeding the weight capacity of the chair will void the warranty. Fabric shading cannot be guaranteed for replacement parts or replacement chairs. The Perfect Sleep Chair weight capacity is 375 lbs.
Warranty Exclusion (All Models)
Journey Health & Lifestyle does not provide warranty for the batteries. Batteries are a consumable item that can drain, even without use, over time.

The Journey Sleep Chair's white glove delivery is a premium service that provides a high level of customer service and ensures that your chair is delivered and set up with utmost care. Here's what you can expect:
1. Scheduling: You'll receive a scheduled delivery window, usually a 2-hour time frame, to ensure you're available to receive the chair.
2. Delivery: A trained delivery team will arrive at your doorstep with the Journey Sleep Chair, carefully wrapped and protected in specialized packaging.
3. Inspect and Unpacking: The delivery team will inspect the chair for any damage during transportation and then unpack it carefully.
4. Setup and Assembly: The team will assemble the chair, including attaching the arms, reclining mechanism, and any other features. They'll also ensure that the chair is properly aligned and adjusted for optimal comfort.
5. Quality Control: The delivery team will conduct a thorough quality control check to ensure that the chair meets the manufacturer's standards and is free from defects.
6. Final Inspection: The team will conduct a final inspection with you to ensure that you're satisfied with the chair's setup and that it meets your expectations.
7. Removal of Packaging: The delivery team will remove all packaging materials, including boxes, wrapping, and any other debris, leaving your new chair ready for use.

White Glove Delivery is the method by which each Perfect Sleep Chair is delivered to you. Finally, all packaging materials are removed and hauled away for you. Note: You must have a clear path and a location available for us to place the chair in.

How do I adjust the Perfect Sleep Chair?

How do you clean the chair if something is spilled on it?
While our chairs are made of stain-resistant fabrics, there may come a time when you need to clean it. To do so, simply mix a little soap and water and scrub the area in need of cleaning. Do not use harsh chemicals or cleaners as these could cause problems with your materials.
What if the power goes out while I'm in my Perfect Sleep Chair?
In case of an emergency, each chair is equipped with a battery backup system. Once the batteries are added, the chair power will resume.
What is zero gravity and why do you talk about it so much?
Zero gravity (also called neutral body posture) was first discovered by NASA to relieve gravity's pressure on astronauts upon shuttle launches. It is a position that evenly distributes pressure to the body. It is known to be the most optimal position for somebody who is trying to become relaxed. Not only does it relax the spine, but due to the elevation of the legs, it relieves pressure on the heart and lungs as well. Considering all the positive effects that zero gravity has on the body, we made sure that the Perfect Sleep Chair accommodated this position.
