I've been using the Theradome for about 9 months now (sporadically at first until it became part of my routine). It's so easy to use - you can walk around the house and do other things during your 20-minute treatment. It even tells you how much time has elapsed and when it's completed. I find it easier for me to charge it after every treatment - it doesn't take long, then it's ready to use for the next time. Be patient, use it consistently 4x a week and you will see results. It really does work!
