SunRay describe it as combining the warmth of a rich hardwood cabin with the sophisticated beauty of cultured stone accents. They name no wood species anywhere on the Rockledge page, so neither do we. SunRay publish a product weight of 601 lbs for it.

SunRay Saunas carry a 7/1 Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. For warranty claims, please complete and detach the warranty registration card below and send it along with a valid sales receipt to the warranty claims department address below. You can also contact our warranty claim department at support@mediriser.com.

The 7-Year SunRay Warranty covers the structure of the sauna which includes the wooden sauna cabin and all glass parts. All parts including electronic parts and heaters have a 1-Year Warranty.

Warranty claims will only be resolved with the repair of the current product through a parts replacement or shipment of a replacement product. If the warranty claims department determines that the sauna must be returned, it must be returned with a receipt showing date of purchase, purchase price, and the dealer from which the sauna was purchased. No warranty claim will be honored without a receipt. Improper use or installation or damage resulting from acts of nature is not covered under the sauna warranty. No other warranties expressed or implied shall be in effect in lieu of the 7-Year Warranty and no responsibility is assumed for present or future damage due to misuse. SunRay indoor saunas are intended for INDOOR USE. Use of SunRay Saunas indoor models outside will void the warranty.

Do not use lacquers, paints or abrasive cleaners on the sauna. Do not place the sauna on non-approved surfaces or in outdoor applications. Surface cracks are not considered defects in material or workmanship, as they are considered normal characteristics of all wood.

How many people does the Rockledge seat?
Two. SunRay list it as the Rockledge 2-Person Luxury Indoor Traditional Sauna. The interior measures 54" W x 38" D x 69" H, with ergonomic seating and a supportive backrest.
What makes it a luxury model?
Four specification items SunRay put only on their LX cabins: a cultured stone interior in slate, digital control on the Harvia heater, color-changing ceiling lights, and a stainless steel door handle with a wooden stove frame. Their standard indoor cabins have none of those.
What wood is the Rockledge made from?
SunRay do not say. Their Rockledge page describes "a rich hardwood cabin" and names no species: no cedar, no hemlock, nothing. We would rather tell you that than guess. If the species matters to your decision, ask us and we will put the question to SunRay directly. What they do state is the cultured stone interior in slate color.
Is a heater included?
Yes, the 4.5 kW Harvia heater with digital control. Also included: the cultured stone interior, a stainless steel handle, a thermo hygrometer, a water bucket with ladle, a wooden stove frame, tempered glass, an ergonomic backrest and a ventilation system. SunRay make no mention of sauna stones anywhere on the Rockledge page, so we are not claiming any ship with it. Ask us and we will confirm before you order.
Does it have a sound system?
SunRay's description says the Rockledge has a built-in Bluetooth sound system for music, podcasts or guided meditations. That claim appears in their prose but is absent from their own feature bullets, so we present it as SunRay's statement, pending confirmation. Confirm it with us before you buy on the strength of it.
How much floor space does it need?
59" wide x 42" deep x 75" tall. The 75-inch height clears a low basement ceiling more comfortably than SunRay's 80-inch cabins. Leave room for the door to open.
What are the electrical requirements?
SunRay specify 220V on a dedicated 30-amp outlet, with the heater drawing 4,500 watts. Their Rockledge power tab does not state a supply frequency, so we do not quote one. Our Specifications section adds 240V for the sauna heater and 120V for the interior and exterior lights. Sauna heater wiring should be run by a licensed electrician.
How does delivery work on a 601 lb sauna?
601 lbs is SunRay's product weight; no separate shipping weight is published for the Rockledge. Free curbside delivery via freight to the 48 contiguous states. The freight carrier contacts you 24 to 48 hours ahead to set a day and time Monday through Friday inside a 4-hour window, and will not deliver without speaking to you first. The sauna arrives strapped to a pallet on a 53-foot semi-truck with a single driver, who unloads to your curbside or driveway only. Raise anything unusual about your access (long driveway, low branches, stairs, apartment complex) with us before the sauna ships. When the driver unloads, inspect the boxes and note any scratches, dents, or scuff marks on the delivery receipt. You do not need to open the boxes to do that.
What warranty comes with the Rockledge?
SunRay cover the sauna with what they call a 7/1 warranty: 7 years on the structure (the wooden cabin and all glass parts) and 1 year on all parts including electronics and the heater. Claims require your receipt, and SunRay ask that the registration card be returned. We are an authorized SunRay dealer. Full terms are in the Warranty section above.
Is the Rockledge certified?
SunRay state that their saunas carry CE, CETL, ETL and RoHS marks. SunRay's Rockledge page carries no model-specific certification claim, so that company-level statement is the only one we will repeat. If an inspector wants a listing file number, ask us and we will request it from SunRay.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Restock fees will be deducted in amounts ranging from 15% to 25% of the value of the item being returned. The minimum restock fee on lower-value orders will be $15.

IBIS Wheelchair to Car Lift

The IBIS wheelchair to car lift was a game changer for us. My husband has been in a wheelchair for more than 40 years and we have never seen anything like this in the US and had no idea such a lift exist existed.

My guy is hemiplegic and usually able to stand pivot into the car but he broke his femur in November 2025 and had to be non-weight bearing for 3 months. He lost so much strength and ability that he could no longer do any kind of safe transfer.
