The Pacific holds the largest interior SunRay build for outdoor infrared use: 68 inches wide, 57 deep, and 73 inches of interior height floor to ceiling, with what SunRay call extra-wide bench seating for four. The cabin around it measures 88 inches tall, 72 wide and 62 deep.

It carries the biggest heater package in the range as well: far infrared heaters totalling 4,800 watts on a dedicated 220V, 30 amp circuit, with a stated maximum of 140 degrees Fahrenheit. SunRay build it from solid Canadian hemlock under a painted and sealed weatherproof finish and a modern metal composite roof.

Exterior And Roof: Two Footprints To Measure Against

SunRay publish a cabin of 72 by 62 inches and a roof of 88 by 82 above it, so the roof is what governs the space the Pacific occupies. That roof is published as two figures with no height, and the glazing is not specified at all, so neither gets described here. The painted and sealed finish is what SunRay credit for the cabin holding up outdoors.

Heat Package: Double The Cayenne's Wattage

The Pacific's far infrared heaters draw 4,800 watts, twice the load of the four-person Cayenne and the highest figure SunRay publish for an outdoor infrared cabin. How many panels carry that load, and where they sit, SunRay never say: the feature list reads Infrared Heaters and stops. The figure they do commit to is the maximum temperature, 140 degrees Fahrenheit.

SunRay's phrase for the Pacific's seating is extra-wide bench seating for superior comfort. The measured version is an interior 68 inches across and 57 deep with 73 inches of headroom, more width and more depth than any other cabin in the range, and level with the Logan on height. SunRay Saunas carry a 7/1 Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. For warranty claims, please complete and detach the warranty registration card below and send it along with a valid sales receipt to the warranty claims department address below. You can also contact our warranty claim department at support@mediriser.com.

The 7-Year SunRay Warranty covers the structure of the sauna which includes the wooden sauna cabin and all glass parts. All parts including electronic parts and heaters have a 1-Year Warranty.

Warranty claims will only be resolved with the repair of the current product through a parts replacement or shipment of a replacement product. If the warranty claims department determines that the sauna must be returned, it must be returned with a receipt showing date of purchase, purchase price, and the dealer from which the sauna was purchased. No warranty claim will be honored without a receipt. Improper use or installation or damage resulting from acts of nature is not covered under the sauna warranty. No other warranties expressed or implied shall be in effect in lieu of the 7-Year Warranty and no responsibility is assumed for present or future damage due to misuse. SunRay indoor saunas are intended for INDOOR USE. Use of SunRay Saunas indoor models outside will void the warranty.

Do not use lacquers, paints or abrasive cleaners on the sauna. Do not place the sauna on non-approved surfaces or in outdoor applications. Surface cracks are not considered defects in material or workmanship, as they are considered normal characteristics of all wood.

How many people does the Pacific seat, and how big is the inside?
Four, on what SunRay call extra-wide bench seating. The interior measures 73" H x 68" W x 57" D, the widest and deepest of the five outdoor infrared cabins. SunRay publish no bench dimensions for this model, so we do not quote one.
How much space does the Pacific need?
The cabin is 88" H x 72" W x 62" D, and the roof measures 88" x 82", 16 inches wider and 20 inches deeper than the cabin. Set out your pad, deck or patio to the roof figures, and check the access route against them too.
How many heaters does the Pacific have?
SunRay publish no heater count for the Pacific, so we do not state one. They publish the type and the total draw: far infrared heaters at 4,800 watts, built in. No separate heater purchase is needed.
How hot does it get?
SunRay give the Pacific a maximum temperature of 140 degrees Fahrenheit and say the far infrared heaters warm the cabin to it quickly. The figure is specific to this model.
What are the electrical requirements?
A dedicated 220V, 30 amp circuit for the 4,800 watt heater package. Wiring for a hardwired 220V appliance should be run by a licensed electrician. That is our recommendation, and it is the one job worth booking before the delivery date.
What is it made of, and how does it hold up outdoors?
Solid Canadian hemlock under a painted and sealed weatherproof finish, with a modern metal composite roof SunRay describe as superior protection from the elements. SunRay state no foundation, footing or site-preparation requirement for this model, and we do not add one.
What lighting, sound and extras are included?
The included list is colour-changing chromatherapy lighting, interior and exterior LED lighting, a Bluetooth sound system, a digital control panel and cup holders, alongside the far infrared heaters and the sauna itself.
How does delivery work on a 401 lb sauna?
Free curbside delivery via freight to the 48 contiguous states, with free delivery damage insurance included. The freight carrier contacts you 24 to 48 hours ahead to set a day and time Monday through Friday inside a 4-hour window, and will not deliver without speaking to you first. The sauna arrives strapped to a pallet on a 53-foot semi-truck with a single driver, who unloads to your curbside or driveway only. Raise anything unusual about your access (long driveway, low branches, stairs, apartment complex) with us before the sauna ships. When the driver unloads, inspect the boxes and note any scratches, dents, or scuff marks on the delivery receipt. You do not need to open the boxes to do that. 401 lbs is SunRay's product weight; they publish no separate shipping weight.
What certifications does it carry?
SunRay state that their saunas carry CE, CETL, ETL and RoHS marks. That is the entirety of SunRay's certification statement, and we publish it as theirs.
What warranty comes with the Pacific?
SunRay cover the sauna with what they call a 7/1 warranty: 7 years on the structure (the wooden cabin and all glass parts) and 1 year on all parts including electronics and the heater. Claims require your receipt, and SunRay ask that the registration card be returned. We are an authorized SunRay dealer. Full terms are in the Warranty section above.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Restock fees will be deducted in amounts ranging from 15% to 25% of the value of the item being returned. The minimum restock fee on lower-value orders will be $15.

IBIS Wheelchair to Car Lift

The IBIS wheelchair to car lift was a game changer for us. My husband has been in a wheelchair for more than 40 years and we have never seen anything like this in the US and had no idea such a lift exist existed.

My guy is hemiplegic and usually able to stand pivot into the car but he broke his femur in November 2025 and had to be non-weight bearing for 3 months. He lost so much strength and ability that he could no longer do any kind of safe transfer.
