SunRay Saunas carry a 7/1 Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. For warranty claims, please complete and detach the warranty registration card below and send it along with a valid sales receipt to the warranty claims department address below. The 7-Year SunRay Warranty covers the structure of the sauna which includes the wooden sauna cabin and all glass parts. All parts including electronic parts and heaters have a 1-Year Warranty.
Warranty claims will only be resolved with the repair of the current product through a parts replacement or shipment of a replacement product. If the warranty claims department determines that the sauna must be returned, it must be returned with a receipt showing date of purchase, purchase price, and the dealer from which the sauna was purchased. No warranty claim will be honored without a receipt. Improper use or installation or damage resulting from acts of nature is not covered under the sauna warranty. No other warranties expressed or implied shall be in effect in lieu of the 7-Year Warranty and no responsibility is assumed for present or future damage due to misuse. SunRay indoor saunas are intended for INDOOR USE. Use of SunRay Saunas indoor models outside will void the warranty.
Do not use lacquers, paints or abrasive cleaners on the sauna. Do not place the sauna on non-approved surfaces or in outdoor applications. Surface cracks are not considered defects in material or workmanship, as they are considered normal characteristics of all wood."
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Restock fees will be deducted in amounts ranging from 15% to 25% of the value of the item being returned. Honestly, I love this chair. The thing is, if you adjust it too high it leans back a little, so it looks best at a lower setting. I don’t know if that makes sense.
