Is the StarSleep Arlo Bed easy to assemble?
Yes. The Arlo Bed is designed to be relatively easy to assemble with the included parts and instructions. Because it ships in large, heavy cartons, we recommend having at least two adults available for self-installation. Does the Arlo Bed have a remote family monitoring app?
No. The Arlo Bed is operated with wired remote controls and does not include a family monitoring app. If remote check-ins are needed, some families use a separate home camera or caregiver monitoring system.
Can two StarSleep Arlo Beds be placed side by side?
Yes, if the room has enough space. Each bed is about 39 inch wide, so two beds together are about 78 inch wide before allowing extra space for caregiver access and side rail movement.
Can the Arlo Care Bed be moved around often?
The Arlo Bed is heavy (330 lbs) and is not designed to be moved frequently. If it needs to be repositioned, we recommend having help available and avoiding rollers or sliders that may affect stability during use.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
