Based on over 7 years of product performance data, manufacturing defects - when they occur - are most likely to surface within the first 12 months. In the event of a confirmed defect in materials or workmanship, we first provide full remote troubleshooting support. Should the issue remain unresolved, complete replacement of all affected components will be arranged at our sole discretion.

How long is a typical session?
Most sessions last between 60 and 90 minutes. The system manages pressurization and decompression automatically. The adjustable lounge chair makes it comfortable to remain in the chamber for the full session duration at any position from flat to upright.
Is this chamber safe to use?
Yes. The OXYFLOW includes a patented interior emergency pressure release button for rapid depressurization, dual redundant pressure relief valves at the foot of the chamber, internal and external high-precision pressure gauges, and a power outage alarm for comprehensive safety coverage in both solo and attended operation.
Do I need to install firewalls for using this system?
No additional firewalls are required. The system draws room air and converts it to 95% to 96% oxygen that enters the pressurized chamber at approximately 40% oxygen concentration. When that oxygen evacuates from the chamber, it redistributes back into the room resulting in the same or lower ambient oxygen percentage than the room started with. This is a key distinction from hospital-grade systems that use compressed oxygen tanks, which would raise ambient room oxygen levels when vented. The OXYFLOW's approach does not produce that risk.
How do oxygen molecules penetrate deeper into tissues during HBOT?
Under increased atmospheric pressure, oxygen molecules compress and decrease in size, allowing them to pass through constricted blood vessels, inflamed tissue, across the blood-brain barrier, and into the lymphatic system, cerebrospinal fluid, and musculoskeletal structures. This delivers oxygen to areas of diminished circulation that are otherwise oxygen-deprived. The mechanism is analogous to carbonation in a sealed beverage: gas molecules dissolve into liquid under pressure and remain in solution. When pressure is released, they expand and escape. Under hyperbaric pressure, oxygen dissolves into the blood plasma and is carried far deeper into the body than normal respiration can achieve, exponentially increasing systemic oxygen delivery and supporting cellular repair across all tissues and organs.

To return a product, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) that is located in the MY ACCOUNT section next to each order item that you want to return. Be sure to have your order number ready for faster processing and leave a detailed message if possible. Please do not attempt to use, open or handle the item, especially if it is broken glass! We will send you a replacement item and provide you with a prepaid return label to return the defective item once we have received your request. In some cases the item may not need to be returned. Product(s) must be returned to us within 30 days. If the damage was caused by a shipping courier, we will schedule a damage pick up by the courier.
When a replacement item is requested to be shipped prior to the return of original merchandise, we may need to receive the original merchandise return, before we can ship the replacement. This is a case by case scenario and each defective, damage or incorrect product return process may be different.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can not be cancelled once the order confirmation is received.
When you request a cancellation of an order or item it may take up to 72 hours to process your cancellation claim. This process may involve voiding orders in computer systems, removing items from backorder logs, having operations personnel pull items from production schedules and sometimes stopping orders at the shipping dock.
