Warranty provisions
Rollz® International BV, established in Delft in the Netherlands (hereinafter “Rollz”), in its capacity as manufacturer, guarantees the Rollz Flex, Rollz Motion, Rollz Motion Performance and Rollz Motion Rhythm (hereafter: “product”) are produced under the following provisions:
1. The general warranty period for the first owner (hereinafter: “customer”) is 24 months from the date of purchase.
2. Rollz gives a five-year guarantee from the date of purchase on material and construction errors of the frame during normal use and maintenance.
3. The warranty gives the right to repair, explicitly not to exchange or to take back a product.
4. In case of repair, the customer takes care of the transport of the product to and from the store where it was purchased (the “supplier”). The supplier will arrange the repair in consultation with Rollz.
5. The warranty can only be invoked if the customer provides the supplier with a copy of the purchase receipt with purchase date and a clear description of the complaints, together with the defective product.
6. If necessary, Rollz takes care of the transport of the product from the supplier to Rollz and vice versa for its own costs and risk, but only if the repair is covered by the warranty.
7. The warranty period is never extended, even in the case of repairs.
8. The warranty is not transferable and can therefore only be invoked by the first owner.
9. The warranty does not affect the rights that the customer has under the law.
10. Your Rollz Motion Rhythm rollator is covered by the warranty conditions in the Rollz Motion user manual. The specific parts of your Rollz Motion Rhythm are covered by the following warranty periods:
The Rollz Rhythm module is under warranty for a period of 24 months.
The Rollz Motion Rhythm handles containing the vibrating part are covered by 12 months warranty.
The battery in the Rollz Motion Rhythm module is fully warranted for 12 months.
A warranty period of 6 months applies to the various accessories available for the Rollz Motion and Rollz Flex models.
The warranty does not apply in the following situations
a. if the customer has made or ordered changes or repairs without prior written permission from Rollz or the supplier;
b. when defects have been caused by neglect or an accident and / or use or maintenance, other than what is stated in the manual;
c. if the serial number is damaged or removed;
d. if the damage to the product is the result of normal wear and tear.

If you use the Rollz Motion as a rollator walker only, you can leave the wheelchair package at home. If you want to have both options available all the time, then you can bring along the wheelchair package and keep it collapsed behind the rollator walker.

Folding and unfolding a walker rollator wheelchair combo like the Rollz Motion is simple and requires minimal strength. The mechanism is intuitive, ensuring that all users can manage it without significant effort.
First make sure the bag under the Rollz Motion, in case you have this accessory, is completely empty. Remove the wheelchair package and the seat cushion. Under the seat you will find a red button, which needs to be pushed up so the seat can partially lift. Then press both sides of the frame towards each other.

To unfold the Rollz Motion you need to pull apart the two sides of the frame. When the rollator walker is almost completely unfolded, push the seat down with your hand until it clicks to the frame. As the seat is locked in its position, place the cushion back on it and you can now start using it again.

The electric scooter is exactly what we needed to maintain our independence. It is a smooth ride, speed can be adjusted, comfortable seating, reclines, light enough to pick up by two people to load in back of vehicle, and able to ride through gravel and other terrain. We have had our IBIS lift for over a month now and have used it multiple times. It does take a bit of time to get the bracket set up for your individual car door hinge, once that is accomplished and as you get more and more used to it the faster you will get. Yes, it is pricy, however where we live it is easily $200 one way to get to Mom's doctor in the next town over using medical transport. This lift has already saved us close to $2,000, so depending on your needs, it will pay for itself in no time at all. The nice part is, if I ever get another car, I can just fit the bracket to the new vehicle and away we go! I drive a Toyota Highlander, and I have also used it in my sister's Toyota Sienna. My advice is to make sure you accurately fill out the Para Mobility measurement chart and send them the requested pictures of your car's door hinge, so they can determine if the bracket will work with your vehicle. For us this was a very good purchase.
The tuff care S950 shower chair is perfect for NY husband. He was able to take his own shower for the first time in four years! Banish the bed baths! Mediriser was terrific to work with. Shipped immediately. I would recommend them and owner Vejus to anyone looking for a showering option.
I bought this chair with the optional cushion for my wife who has back and knee issues. She currently uses it several times a week to get accustomed to its operation, but will be using it several times a year for airline travel in the near future..
For her needs, it has excellent speed and range and is lightweight for easy portability. She gets compliments from the neighbors on its modern red and black stylish appearance.
There are some minor issues, however, with the chair.. I needed to order a seat belt extender as the seat belt was too short for a heavy set person. The foot rests would have been better had they been spring-loaded to automatically return to the upright position when not in use. Also, the levers that lock and unlock the wheels could have been longer to make them easier to reach.
Overall, we are satisfied with the quality and value the chair provides and would recommend it to others having similar needs.
