Warranty

2-Year Non-Prorated Manufacturer's Parts Warranty

The Proactive Medical Protekt® Aire 6000AB comes with a 2-year non-prorated manufacturer's parts warranty covering defects under normal use and service. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new Proactive Medical product and is subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.

Coverage excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, alteration, tampering, negligence, accidents, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repairs, and damage caused by circumstances beyond the manufacturer's reasonable control.

All items should be inspected immediately after unpacking. Any shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Restock fees will be deducted in amounts ranging from 15% to 25% of the value of the item being returned. The minimum restock fee on lower-value orders will be $15.
