2-Year Non-Prorated Manufacturer's Parts Warranty
The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of a new Proactive Medical product and excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized modifications or repairs, tampering, negligence, accidents, improper maintenance, and damage resulting from unsuitable environmental conditions or circumstances beyond the manufacturer's reasonable control. Any product defects or concerns should be reported to the supplier for further assistance.
Upon delivery, all items should be carefully inspected immediately after unpacking. Any damage incurred during shipping must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Restock fees will be deducted in amounts ranging from 15% to 25% of the value of the item being returned. The minimum restock fee on lower-value orders will be $15.
