A standout feature of this mattress is its raised side perimeter air bolsters, designed to help prevent accidental patient roll-outs and reduce the risk of entrapment. The bolsters also feature a center cut-out that allows easier and safer patient entry and exit. This design provides additional support along the mattress edges while maintaining convenient access for patients and caregivers.

The mattress also features a cell-on-cell design with 20 individual air cells. Its one-way valve helps retain air in the lower 4 inches of the cells during a power failure, providing additional support. The 10-minute alternating cycle helps redistribute pressure, while 18 laser-cut ventilation holes promote airflow to help keep patients cool and dry.

Powered by a digital pump with Auto Compressor Sleep Technology (ACST), the system offers adjustable pressure settings, static mode for easier patient transfers, and audio/visual low-pressure alarms. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of a new Proactive Medical product and excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized modifications or repairs, tampering, negligence, accidents, improper maintenance, and damage resulting from unsuitable environmental conditions or circumstances beyond the manufacturer's reasonable control. Any product defects or concerns should be reported to the supplier for further assistance. Upon delivery, all items should be carefully inspected immediately after unpacking, and any damage incurred during shipping must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Restock fees will be deducted in amounts ranging from 15% to 25% of the value of the item being returned.
