The Proactive Medical Protekt 600 Bariatric Pressure Redistribution Foam Mattress is designed to provide pressure redistribution, comfort, and dependable support for bariatric patients at medium to high risk of pressure injuries. Its multi-layer foam construction combines a high-resiliency, high-density top layer with an ultra-firm, high-density foam base to deliver patient comfort, support, and stability.
The mattress features a stretch nylon top cover that helps reduce perspiration while providing a low-shear, low-friction surface. Its fluid-resistant, antimicrobial, and antibacterial properties support a cleaner patient care environment.
For added protection, the Protekt® 600 includes a 360-degree zipper for convenient cover removal and an anti-contamination flap that helps prevent fluids from reaching the foam core. The triple-laminate vinyl bottom cover is fluid-resistant, antimicrobial, antibacterial, and fire-retardant.
Available in multiple bariatric widths and lengths, the Protekt® 600 offers weight capacities of up to 1,000 lbs., depending on the mattress width. Optional raised rails are available for additional support.

1-Year Non-Prorated Foam Core Warranty and 1-Year Non-Prorated Cover Warranty
The Proactive Medical Protekt® 600 includes a 1-year non-prorated warranty on the foam core and a 1-year warranty on the cover, subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Restock fees will be deducted in amounts ranging from 15% to 25% of the value of the item being returned. The minimum restock fee on lower-value orders will be $15.
