2-Year Non-Prorated Manufacturer's Warranty
The Proactive Medical Protekt Aire 6400 includes a 2-year non-prorated manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. The warranty applies to the original purchaser from the date of purchase and is subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
Coverage excludes damage resulting from misuse, negligence, accidents, improper maintenance, unauthorised repairs or modifications, and use with incompatible components or accessories. Warranty service is subject to manufacturer approval.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Restock fees will be deducted in amounts ranging from 15% to 25% of the value of the item being returned. The minimum restock fee on lower-value orders will be $15.
