A muscle tension detection scan - Osaki's Health Pro system - reads your palm and back against sensor points to gauge fatigue and tension level, then tailors a massage program to what your body actually needs that day. The 4D mechanism runs multiple adjustable levels of intensity, strength, and speed, and can spot-treat or partially target one region of the back, while the SL-Track carries coverage from the base of the skull down through the glutes and into the upper hamstrings.

Osaki guarantees that your qualified product will be repaired or replaced, at its option and without cost to you, should it be deemed defective due to faulty parts, workmanship, or structural defects during the covered warranty period, excluding the limitations detailed in the full warranty terms. Parts and labor are covered at no cost to the customer for the first three years, with parts coverage continuing at no cost through year five; structural framework is covered for three years. This is a non-transferable manufacturer's warranty and is valid within the 48 contiguous United States and Canada.

IBIS Wheelchair to Car Lift

The IBIS wheelchair to car lift was a game changer for us. My husband has been in a wheelchair for more than 40 years and we have never seen anything like this in the US and had no idea such a lift exist existed.

My guy is hemiplegic and usually able to stand pivot into the car but he broke his femur in November 2025 and had to be non-weight bearing for 3 months. He lost so much strength and ability that he could no longer do any kind of safe transfer.

Our friend found the IBIS wheelchair to car lift online and we decided to take the risk. It was worth every penny and more. Within a day of its arrival we were mobile and in and out of the car again. It is very manageable for me to operate and in our 60’s we are grateful for anything that lightens our load.

Everything arrived as advertised. Customer service was outstanding with clear communication. I was provided help to ensure my measurements were correct and was offered a few options to customize the sling. We had to get a new car right after we bought the lift and it was a good fit in the new car.
