OP-4D Master

The Master introduces one of the first true over-the-shoulder massages in the category: ten individual airbags synchronize and rotate to move like real hands, joined by an extra massage node on each side of the shoulder pad that recreates the feel of a hand digging into your shoulders. An automatic body scan detects your shoulder height and width before every session and repositions the rollers to fit, while the chair's Health Pro program reads tension across your torso and tailors a massage program to your specific needs. All of it rides on an SL-Track built from laser-crafted steel, letting the 4D+ rollers move freely from your neck and shoulders down to your hamstrings, with 4 levels of 4D intensity and 5 levels each of strength and speed, plus the ability to spot-treat one area of the back.

An automatic extendable footrest reaches up to 8 inches to fit users of different heights, while kneading calf rollers and airbag compression relax tired leg muscles and three specialized foot rollers per foot work reflexology points from heel to toe. Lumbar and feet heating coils add soothing warmth (about 75–83°F), and 46 air cells wrap the rest of the body in full compression therapy. A NASA-inspired zero-gravity recline needs just 3 inches of wall clearance thanks to Osaki's space-saving design, and built-in negative air ionization adds a further layer of stress relief. Manage all 16 auto programs and 6 manual massage styles from the swivel-mounted touchscreen controller, and finish the experience with an attachable magnetic pillow, LED mood lighting, Bluetooth surround sound, and both USB and wireless phone charging.

Osaki guarantees that your qualified product will be repaired or replaced, at its option and without cost to you, should it be deemed defective due to faulty parts, workmanship, or structural defects during the covered warranty period, excluding the limitations detailed in the full warranty terms. Parts and labor are covered at no cost to the customer for the first three years, with parts coverage continuing at no cost through year five; structural framework is covered for three years. This is a non-transferable manufacturer's warranty and is valid within the 48 contiguous United States and Canada. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

IBIS Wheelchair to Car Lift

The IBIS wheelchair to car lift was a game changer for us. My husband has been in a wheelchair for more than 40 years and we have never seen anything like this in the US and had no idea such a lift exist existed.

My guy is hemiplegic and usually able to stand pivot into the car but he broke his femur in November 2025 and had to be non-weight bearing for 3 months. He lost so much strength and ability that he could no longer do any kind of safe transfer.

Our friend found the IBIS wheelchair to car lift online and we decided to take the risk. It was worth every penny and more. Within a day of its arrival we were mobile and in and out of the car again. It is very manageable for me to operate and in our 60’s we are grateful for anything that lightens our load.

Everything arrived as advertised. Customer service was outstanding with clear communication. I was provided help to ensure my measurements were correct and was offered a few options to customize the sling. We had to get a new car right after we bought the lift and it was a good fit in the new car.
