Two massage systems run at once, one on the upper body, one on the lower - so the neck and back aren't waiting their turn while the legs get worked. The Osaki 5D+4D Kairos Duo covers your entire body in a single continuous session instead of moving through it in sequence.

The upper system uses Osaki's 5D mechanism, which adds depth beyond a standard 4D roller, built around heated massage heads that keep warmth part of every stroke. Smart Pressure Sensors read your movements in real time and adjust to target key pressure points precisely, while an automatic body scan runs the moment the chair powers on, analyzing your contours and continuing to re-adjust as you shift position through the session. A laser-crafted steel SL-Track carries the rollers from your neck and shoulders to the top of your hamstrings for uninterrupted coverage.

Fifty-six air cells, the widest air coverage in the Osaki lineup - wrap the body in sequential compression, reaching points the rollers can't. Down at the legs, calf rollers and a dedicated calf-kneading function pair with two reflexology foot rollers per foot for coverage from toes to heels, while a heated shawl and calf heat add soothing warmth (about 75–83°F) wherever you drape it. Choose from 20 auto programs and 5 manual modes, adjust intensity, speed, and pressure across 5 levels each, and settle into a zero-gravity recline that needs just 1 inch of wall clearance. Round it out with a built-in negative air ionizer, hands-free "Hi Osaki" voice control, Bluetooth speakers, and both USB and wireless charging.

Osaki guarantees that your qualified product will be repaired or replaced, at its option and without cost to you, should it be deemed defective due to faulty parts, workmanship, or structural defects during the covered warranty period, excluding the limitations detailed in the full warranty terms. Parts and labor are covered at no cost to the customer for the first three years, with parts coverage continuing at no cost through year five; structural framework is covered for three years. This is a non-transferable manufacturer's warranty and is valid within the 48 contiguous United States and Canada. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Restock fees will be deducted in amounts ranging from 15% to 25% of the value of the item being returned. IBIS Wheelchair to Car Lift

The IBIS wheelchair to car lift was a game changer for us. My husband has been in a wheelchair for more than 40 years and we have never seen anything like this in the US and had no idea such a lift exist existed.

My guy is hemiplegic and usually able to stand pivot into the car but he broke his femur in November 2025 and had to be non-weight bearing for 3 months. He lost so much strength and ability that he could no longer do any kind of safe transfer.

Our friend found the IBIS wheelchair to car lift online and we decided to take the risk. It was worth every penny and more. Within a day of its arrival we were mobile and in and out of the car again. It is very manageable for me to operate and in our 60’s we are grateful for anything that lightens our load.

Everything arrived as advertised. Customer service was outstanding with clear communication. I was provided help to ensure my measurements were correct and was offered a few options to customize the sling. We had to get a new car right after we bought the lift and it was a good fit in the new car.
