ADJUSTABLE SEAT & ARMRESTS FOR COMFORT:
This power chair comes with a padded captains chair that is ultra comfortable and is also adjustable. There are two levers on the right side of the seat. The first allows for easy control of the inclination of the seat back. The second is for the seat rotation, so you can swivel the seat to the side for easy access. Additionally, the seat back can be manually adjusted to varying degrees.
The seat comes with armrests that flip up for easy access. They can also be adjusted horizontally and vertically conforming to the rider's needs for maximum comfort.

Labor charges incurred in the installation or repair of the above mentioned parts plus all freight charges are not included in the warranty.
Merits Health Products, Inc. will repair or replace parts as required, provided that an authorization for such return has been acquired by an established dealer and that the part or parts in question are returned fully insured with freight prepaid to us within the prescribed period of warranty. Labor charges incurred in the installation or repair of the above mentioned parts plus all freight charges are not included in the warranty.
Merits Health Products, Inc will not warranty any parts damaged by improper installation and/or repair on the part of the individual owner’s neglect, accident or misuse, nor those parts altered or serviced by an agency not authorized by us.
All returns must have an RA (Return Authorization) number to be processed. All items returned must be in new condition, in the original boxes and have the original packaging. All accessories and chargers included in the box must be returned. You will be charged a 20% restocking fee, and you will pay for the return freight. You are eligible for a full refund if the return is because of an error by the manufacturer (Merits Healthcare). If an order is canceled after the item has shipped the standard return policy applies with a 20% restocking fee. You should accept delivery of the item(s), obtain an RA number, and ship the item(s) back. You will pay for the return freight. If the item is damaged during shipment please call MEDIRISER Customer Service at 251-292-1169. Unfortunately, delivery service fees, including White Glove Delivery, and Tech Set-Up are not refundable.
