The Karman XO-505 is the latest addition to the power standing wheelchair lineup. Karman, with over 20 years of manufacturing and design experience, introduces the cutting-edge XO-505, which has characteristics that are unequaled in its price range and value. The unit includes features such as Power Drive, Power Stand, Power Drive when Standing, Power Backrest Recline, Power Elevating Largest, and a Mid-Wheel Drive base, all of which provide unrivaled value to the user. Using expertise and feedback from end users, the mid-wheel drive provides for a tight turning radius and overall chair agility.
The power recline function, along with the power largest, allows for a nearly 180-degree resting position in which users may enjoy maximum pressure relief, comfort, and the benefits of evenly distributed weight. The standing function remains prominent with the all-new and upgraded quick stand actuator, which can effortlessly stand people weighing up to 250 pounds in under 14 seconds.

Please refer to the warranty card attached to each product for more information on policies and procedures. The warranty covers only the original purchase and delivery of the goods. The warranty is not transferable. The owner is responsible for replacing or repairing any parts or materials that wear out due to normal use. Damages caused by user negligence, as well as incidental damages, whether intentional or unintentional, are not covered by the factory guarantee. Arm pads and upholstery are not covered by the guarantee. It is suggested that any warranty claims be returned to the authorized dealer for repair from whom they were purchased.
If the Warranty Registration Card for the claim product is not on file, a copy of the invoice with the date of purchase must be sent. The consumer's warranty period begins on the purchase date from the seller. The seller's warranty period, provided the products are not sold to a customer, begins on the invoice date from Karman. The warranty is void on wheelchairs that have had the serial number tag removed and/or altered.
Furthermore, the guarantee does not cover products that have been subjected to carelessness, abuse, poor storage or handling, inappropriate operation, modification, or misuse.
All warranty repairs or replacements require prior authorization from Karman, with freight prepaid. Karman reserves the right to issue call tags for warranty repairs, depending on the case. Should a field action or recall occur. Karman will identify the impacted units and provide your Karman dealer with resolution steps. Warranty registration is still recommended. To ensure that records for your medical equipment can be promptly accessible, including the customer and serial numbers. Thank you for completing this form.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item you have received, please review the following return guidelines:
Return authorization must be obtained in advance from 1800wheelchair
Return process must be initiated within 14 days of invoice date
Item must arrive at vendor within 14 days of customer receipt
Product must be unused, clean, and free of damage (unless damaged during delivery)
Product must have original packaging and materials
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, in all cases except the following: Vendor shipped the incorrect product, product was damaged upon arrival.
Due to manufacture's policy a 15% restocking fee will apply to Karman Products.
If you decide that you would like to return or exchange a product, you will need to obtain a Return Authorization Number. To obtain an RA, call our customer service representatives at 251-292-1169.
AN ITEM WITHOUT A RA NUMBER CANNOT BE CREDITED.
Refunds will be issued once the above conditions are satisfied.
