Warranty
12-month frame & electrical warranty / 6-month battery, tire & seat warranty
Journey Health & Lifestyle warrants the So Lite Folding Power Scooter's frame, mechanical, and electrical components, including the motor, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for twelve (12) months from the original purchase date.
The originally supplied battery, tires, fabric seat and seat back, and seat cushion are warrantied to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for six (6) months from the original purchase date. If a component is proven defective within the applicable warranty period, Journey will, at its option, repair or replace it with new or refurbished parts. This warranty does not cover labor charges for installing replacement components.
An Extended Warranty is also available to add coverage on the battery, motor, controller, and charger.
