The ComfyGo IQ-Carbon is a lightweight, carbon fiber travel wheelchair built for riders who want real range and airline-ready portability without extra bulk. The main frame weighs in at just 38.5 lbs, making it one of the lightest folding power chairs on the market, and it folds down quickly for easy storage in a car trunk or airplane cargo hold.

ComfyGo IQ-Carbon Lightweight Carbon Fiber Electric Wheelchair

Two 250W brushless motors deliver a combined 500W of power and 1.1Nm of torque, enough to climb inclines of up to 10 degrees while staying quiet and smooth. Dual quick-release lithium-ion batteries, either the standard 6.6AH pair or the long-range 10AH pair, are both approved for travel by most major airlines and cruise lines and provide up to 11 miles of range per charge. Batteries can be charged on or off the chair using the included 24V 2A charger.

ComfyGo IQ-Carbon battery and joystick controller

A 360 degree digital joystick controller with an LCD display puts power, speed, horn, and battery level right at your fingertips, and the quick release design keeps setup simple. Seven speed settings, from 15% up to 100% of max speed and capped at 4 mph, give riders fine control in any environment. Intelligent electromagnetic brakes add an extra layer of safety, engaging automatically to help prevent rollback on slopes and reducing wear on the braking system over time.

ComfyGo IQ-Carbon folded for travel

Riders get a 20.5 inch wide seating area with a leather cushion and backrest that wipes clean easily, plus optional accessories like a headlight with USB charging and a phone holder. Anti-tip wheels are built in for stability on uneven ground, and the wheelchair supports riders up to 300 lbs.

FAQ

Can I turn my wheelchair on or off with the remote control?+
No. The wheelchair's power must be turned on before the remote control is turned on. This allows the controller to pair with the chair.
Does my wheelchair arrive fully assembled?+
Your wheelchair will arrive almost fully assembled. When your wheelchair arrives, you'll need to attach the remaining parts.
Can my wheelchair go on an airplane or cruise?+
Yes. The IQ-Carbon's lithium-ion batteries are travel approved by most major airlines and cruise lines. Before travelling by airline or cruise, please contact the airline or cruise line to confirm their travel battery regulations.
I've run out of battery. Can I push my chair?+
Yes. The IQ-Carbon can operate like a manual wheelchair. Make sure the power is off, then disengage both motors by pulling the levers on each motor to the unlocked position. Doing this will set your wheelchair to free wheel mode.
Does my remote control come paired with my chair?+
Yes. The remote control comes paired with your chair out of the box. If it ever loses its pairing, follow the pairing steps in your owner's manual to reconnect it.
Can I silence the beeping sound my wheelchair makes while reversing?+
Yes. Press the (+) key on the controller until you reach the top speed, then hold the button down until you see the amber light in the middle of the display. Quickly press the horn button and the beeping will stop. Repeat these steps if you want the beeping sound back.
Does the armrest raise?+
Yes. Both armrests can raise to allow an easier transfer or to make it easier to push your chair closer to a table.
How do I charge the battery?+
The lithium-ion battery can be charged through the joystick controller or directly on the battery. The charge time for an empty battery is 6 to 8 hours. If your battery has a partial charge, the charge time will be less. When the battery is fully charged, unplug the charger from the battery and from the power outlet.
Can I install my controller on either side of the wheelchair?+
Yes. The controller will be set up on the right side of the wheelchair by default, but it can be easily moved to the left side.
Does my wheelchair come with a warranty?+
Yes. The IQ-Carbon comes with a standard 1-year frame, 1-year motor, 1-year battery, and 1-year electronic parts warranty.
Can I use my wheelchair on dirt and grass?+
Yes. The IQ-Carbon can handle low grass and compacted dirt with ease.
Where can I find the serial number of my wheelchair?+
The serial number can be found in three places: on the frame near the footrest, in the product manual, and on the box the wheelchair was shipped in.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. IBIS Wheelchair to Car Lift

The IBIS wheelchair to car lift was a game changer for us. My husband has been in a wheelchair for more than 40 years and we have never seen anything like this in the US and had no idea such a lift exist existed.

My guy is hemiplegic and usually able to stand pivot into the car but he broke his femur in November 2025 and had to be non-weight bearing for 3 months. He lost so much strength and ability that he could no longer do any kind of safe transfer.

Our friend found the IBIS wheelchair to car lift online and we decided to take the risk. It was worth every penny and more. Within a day of its arrival we were mobile and in and out of the car again. It is very manageable for me to operate and in our 60’s we are grateful for anything that lightens our load.

Everything arrived as advertised. Customer service was outstanding with clear communication. I was provided help to ensure my measurements were correct and was offered a few options to customize the sling. We had to get a new car right after we bought the lift and it was a good fit in the new car.
