This is the only chamber in the range that accommodates a wheelchair user without requiring them to leave their chair.

Stand, Sit, or Lie Down - Maximum Flexibility

At 71 inches deep and 81 inches (6.5 feet) tall, the XLT MC4500 accommodates users standing upright, seated in a reclining chair, or lying down on a mattress. Two Door Style Options - Standard Wheelchair or U-Style

The XLT MC4500 is available in two door configurations. The standard door is hinged from the bottom - this is the wheelchair-accessible version, allowing a wheelchair to roll directly in over a flat entry threshold. The U-style door is hinged at the top, making it easier to zip closed - but the raised bottom threshold means it is not suitable for wheelchair access. Choose the standard door if wheelchair access is required; choose the U-style door if you prefer the easier zip-up closure for seated or standing entry.

Is air conditioning included?

A 300-watt dehumidifier is included as standard at no additional cost. A full dual-action air conditioning system (550W, 67 lbs) is available as an optional add-on for $2,500 - with a larger capacity unit appropriate for the XLT MC4500's greater interior volume. How do oxygen molecules get deeper into your tissues with Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy?

Under increased pressure, oxygen molecules shrink and can squeeze through constricted blood vessels, inflamed tissue, across the blood-brain barrier, and into lymph nodes, cerebrospinal fluid, and the musculoskeletal system. This is analogous to CO2 dissolving into soda under pressure - when the can is opened, CO2 expands and you see the fizz. The same principle applies to oxygen under hyperbaric pressure: molecules dissolve into the blood plasma and are delivered to oxygen-starved tissues, supporting cellular repair and optimal activity. Oxygen is the final electron acceptor in the Electron Transport Chain where all ATP is produced. Without oxygen we cannot make energy for our brain, organs, or tissue. The more oxygen delivered to our tissues, the healthier, more energetic, and mentally well we feel.

What style of door do I need to put a wheelchair inside the chamber?

The standard door that comes with the XLT MC4500 is designed for wheelchair access - it is hinged from the bottom, providing a flat threshold for a wheelchair to roll over. The upgraded U-style door (hinged at the top) will not work for wheelchair access, as the bottom of the door frame is raised and not flat enough for a wheelchair to pass over. If wheelchair access is your priority, always order the standard door configuration.

Does it need an AC unit if it is used in an air-conditioned facility?

The hyperbaric chamber gets 5-10 degrees warmer inside during sessions. With this model a dehumidifier is included as standard, which may reduce the interior temperature by up to 3 degrees. Typically we do not recommend adding the AC unit if you are already in a room that has its own air conditioning. However if sessions take place in a warm or poorly ventilated space, the optional AC system can make a meaningful difference to comfort. Call us at 251-292-1169 if you are unsure.

What is the difference between the MC4000, MC4400, and MC4500?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any Hyperbaric Chamber Purchase within 14 Days of purchase.

The following rules apply:

Products must be returned in the original packaging and in a new and resellable condition. Refunds will be determined by incoming inspection and if not returned or packed properly, the refund may be denied.
Shipping Fees are non-refundable.
All returns must be made via our Return Procedure by filling out an RMA form in the MY ACCOUNT section or by requesting assistance from our sales team.
There are few non-returnable products & services that may be offered on our website. It will indicate clearly in the product description if a different return policy applies.

RETURN PROCEDURE

To return a product, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) that is located in the MY ACCOUNT section next to each order item that you want to return. The RMA form will include an exact return address and detailed instructions on how to return a product. Please allow 24 to 72 hours for processing your claim.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs (including warranty products) associated with any returns.
DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

We all know that accidents happen sometimes. If your product(s) have arrive defective, damaged, or simply incorrect, please contact our customer service department, at support@mediriser.com or call 251-292-1169 as soon as possible to with speak with our customer service. Be sure to have your order number ready for faster processing and leave a detailed message if possible. Please do not attempt to use, open or handle the item, especially if it is broken glass! We will send you a replacement item and provide you with a prepaid return label to return the defective item once we have received your request. In some cases the item may not need to be returned. Product(s) must be returned to us within 30 days. If the damage was caused by a shipping courier, we will schedule a damage pick up by the courier.

When a replacement item is requested to be shipped prior to the return of original merchandise, we may need to receive the original merchandise return, before we can ship the replacement. This is a case by case scenario and each defective, damage or incorrect product return process may be different.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can not be cancelled once the order confirmation is received.

When you request a cancellation of an order or item it may take up to 72 hours to process your cancellation claim. This process may involve voiding orders in computer systems, removing items from backorder logs, having operations personnel pull items from production schedules and sometimes stopping orders at the shipping dock. Also note that sometimes products ship more quickly than expected, so we recommend that you do not purchase alternative products until receiving final confirmation of your cancellation.

REFUNDS & CREDITS

After we accept your return, you will be issued a refund via the same payment method as you had originally used to place the order (Credit Card, ACH and Check). The refund amount will be composed of the original purchase price minus shipping charges. You will be sent an email confirming receipt of the return and your credit.
