Coverage summary
Full 3-year coverage on the main chamber body with a 20-year warranty on all soft chamber windows. Hardware including the oxygen concentrator, air conditioner, dehumidifier, and air compressor is covered against defects for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Based on 7 years of performance data, manufacturing defects are most likely to occur within the first 12 months. Should faulty materials or workmanship be found, we first provide troubleshooting guidance. If the issue remains unresolved, we provide complete replacement of all affected components at our sole discretion.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, overuse, mishandling, unauthorized modification, sheathing change, inadequate maintenance, improper equipment handling, or user operation.
FAQs
Can I do HBOT by myself or is it a 2 person job?
You can use this chamber completely alone. You do not need a second person to get inside and zipped up. Interior controls allow you to lock the zipper and start pressurization from inside without any assistance. The remote control and session timer also support fully unattended solo operation.
What all do I need with this hyperbaric chamber?
This chamber comes with everything you need to get started - oxygen concentrator, air compressor, dehumidifier, metal frame, LED lighting, communications system, remote control, LCD display, timer, oxygen masks, headsets, nasal cannulas, finger pulse oximeter, power outage alarm, and attendant buzzer. Setup manual and ongoing support are included.

What style of door do I need to put a wheelchair inside?
The standard door that comes with this chamber is designed for wheelchair access - the 32" x 52" entry is suitable for a wheelchair to pass through. The upgraded U-shaped door option is not suitable for a wheelchair as the bottom of the door is not flat enough for a wheelchair to roll over. If wheelchair access is a priority, the standard door configuration is the correct choice.
Does this chamber need air conditioning if used in an AC facility?
The hyperbaric chamber gets approximately 5 to 10 degrees warmer inside than the ambient room temperature. With the included dehumidifier, this can be reduced by up to 3 degrees. In a room that already has active air conditioning, we generally do not recommend ordering the chamber AC add-on unless sessions are particularly extended or the ambient room temperature is high.
What is the difference between this chamber and the MC4400 or MC4500?
The MC4000, MC4400, and MC4500 models are the same vertical wheelchair-accessible hyperbaric chambers in different sizes. Please contact us at 251-292-1169 or support@mediriser.com for a full size comparison to find the right fit for your space and needs.
Is a prescription required for this chamber?
No prescription is required for this hyperbaric chamber. As with all hyperbaric therapy equipment, we advise you to consult your doctor before beginning sessions.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any Hyperbaric Chamber Purchase within 14 Days of purchase.

Products must be returned in the original packaging and in a new and resellable condition. Refunds will be determined by incoming inspection and if not returned or packed properly, the refund may be denied. Shipping Fees are non-refundable. To return a product, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) that is located in the MY ACCOUNT section next to each order item that you want to return. We all know that accidents happen sometimes. Be sure to have your order number ready for faster processing and leave a detailed message if possible. Please do not attempt to use, open or handle the item, especially if it is broken glass! We will send you a replacement item and provide you with a prepaid return label to return the defective item once we have received your request. In some cases the item may not need to be returned. Product(s) must be returned to us within 30 days. If the damage was caused by a shipping courier, we will schedule a damage pick up by the courier.
When a replacement item is requested to be shipped prior to the return of original merchandise, we may need to receive the original merchandise return, before we can ship the replacement. This is a case by case scenario and each defective, damage or incorrect product return process may be different.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can not be cancelled once the order confirmation is received.
When you request a cancellation of an order or item it may take up to 72 hours to process your cancellation claim. This process may involve voiding orders in computer systems, removing items from backorder logs, having operations personnel pull items from production schedules and sometimes stopping orders at the shipping dock.
