The HUUM HIVE 18kW heater carries a 3-Year Limited Residential warranty and a 1-Year Limited Commercial warranty from the date of purchase, with heating elements excluded from both terms. The UKU Control set (Black Control Console, Main Control Module, sensors, and cables) and UKU Extension Box each carry their own 3-Year Limited Residential and 1-Year Limited Commercial warranty per their respective installation manuals. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, failure to follow the installation and operating guidelines, use of incorrect stone type or size (decorative stones must not be used; use only rounded olivine 5-10 cm), operating without the required stone load, or damage from inadequate electrical installation (dual 50A circuits, dual 8AWG wires required).
