Commercial-grade construction - dual-group elements and front maintenance hatch
The Virta Pro is distinguished from the standard Virta series by two engineering features specific to heavy-use environments. First, the heating elements are divided into two separate groups inside the heater body. This division allows one group to be serviced or replaced while the other group continues to operate - in a high-frequency commercial sauna where downtime is costly, the ability to perform element maintenance without taking the heater fully offline is a significant operational advantage. Second, the front-facing maintenance hatch provides access to the element groups and internal components without disturbing the stone load. For facilities with only single-phase power available, the HL160E is the only Virta Pro option - the HL200E requires three-phase power. For facilities with three-phase power and rooms approaching or exceeding 918 cubic feet, the HL200E is the correct choice - it covers a larger room range and delivers more output. Both require CX45 or FX45 control, LTY45 power extension, and AC3020 stones. Both ship on wooden pallets with scheduled delivery. Warranty
Harvia limited warranty
The Harvia Virta Pro HL160E is covered by Harvia's limited warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers defects in manufacturing and materials under normal use conditions. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, use without the required stone load, use of incorrect stone specification (AC3000 must not be substituted for AC3020), operating without the LTY45 power extension unit, connection to a GFI/GFCI breaker, or failure to follow Harvia's installation and operating guidelines.
