The Club Series is Harvia's super-heater line, built specifically for situations where residential-grade heaters are not adequate - large saunas, shared-use facilities, and applications where the heater runs continuously from morning to night. At 12.5kW, the K12.5G delivers enough heat for saunas from 494 to 742 cubic feet and for groups of bathers rather than a single user. The floor-mounted format positions the substantial stone mass low in the room where air circulation is maximised. The stone cage is an open-air design - air moves through the stone bed from every direction, heating rapidly and distributing steam across the full stone mass. This is the design logic of the Club platform: high stone capacity, direct element contact, open airflow, and all-stainless steel construction for continuous duty without degradation.
Direct rock-to-element contact - consistent, gentle löyly
The K12.5G heating elements are positioned inside the stone bed rather than below it. Stones are loaded directly around and against the elements, so heat transfers into the stone mass before it reaches the air. The result is filtered, gentle heat rather than the sharp, dry heat produced when elements heat air directly. When water is thrown on the stones, the steam is dense and consistent - the large stone mass with its accumulated thermal energy produces löyly that holds its quality throughout a long session. The 132-lb minimum stone load is not optional: loading the full stone requirement is both a safety requirement and essential for the heater to produce the heat quality the Club platform is designed for.
240V/1PH residential and 208V/3PH commercial - two configurations, one platform
The K12.5G is available in two electrical configurations: 240V single-phase for residential home use, and 208V three-phase for commercial installations in apartment buildings, hotels, health clubs, sports centres, and swimming halls. Both configurations share the same heater body, stone capacity, and room range. The correct configuration must be selected at the time of purchase. Both require a compatible Harvia controller - the Xenio CX45 (Wi-Fi enabled, MyHarvia app compatible) or the Fenix FX45 (Wi-Fi enabled touch-screen control). An optional 24-hour time clock is also available. Controller and stones are not included and must be purchased separately. A licensed electrician is required for all installation work.

At 132 lbs (60 kg), the K12.5G stone capacity is substantial. The large stone mass stores a significant amount of thermal energy during the heat-up phase, and that stored energy translates to dense, consistent steam when water is thrown on the stones. The steam quality is sustained through the session - the stones don't cool rapidly because there is simply a lot of thermal mass to discharge. For sauna bathing where high-intensity, repeated rounds of steam are the goal, the large stone load is the foundation of the experience.
Direct rock-to-element contact - filtered, gentle heat
The heating elements in the K12.5G are embedded within the stone bed. Stones are packed directly around the elements so heat flows from element into stone before entering the sauna air. This element positioning filters the heat - rather than sharp, dry, radiated heat from an exposed element, the air is warmed by conduction through the large stone mass. The result is the soft, comfortable heat characteristic of traditional Finnish sauna bathing. Water poured on the stones produces steam that is gentle and even rather than sharp and harsh.
Multi-layer stainless steel body - cooler exterior, longer life
The K12.5G uses a multi-layer body construction where the outer shell is separated from the inner heat-conducting components by an air gap. This keeps the exterior surface temperature significantly lower than single-wall designs - relevant both for safety in high-traffic commercial settings where bathers may come close to the heater, and for the longevity of the unit when run continuously. All-stainless steel interior and exterior resists corrosion from the wet sauna environment. Xenio CX45 - Wi-Fi control with MyHarvia app
The compatible Xenio CX45 controller (sold separately) brings Wi-Fi connectivity and full MyHarvia app integration to the K12.5G. Temperature, session duration, and scheduling can be managed remotely from a smartphone or tablet - preheat the sauna before arriving, set weekly schedules, or monitor and adjust during the session from outside the sauna room. The Fenix FX45 offers the same Wi-Fi and app capability with a different touch-screen interface. An optional 24-hour time clock is also available for installations where digital control is not required.
UL listed, ETL certified - home and commercial compliant
The Club K12.5G carries UL listing and ETL certification for both the 240V/1PH residential and 208V/3PH commercial configurations - the certifications required for installation approval in US and Canadian residential and commercial sauna applications. Warranty
2-year limited warranty (consumer use)
The Harvia Club K12.5G is covered by Harvia's 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase for consumer use. The warranty covers defects in manufacturing and materials under normal use conditions. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, use of incorrect stone type or size (non-AC3000, or stones outside the 5-10 cm specified diameter range), operating without the required minimum stone load, failure to follow the installation and operating guidelines in the manual, or damage from inadequate electrical installation. Manufacturer's note: sauna heater stones are significant to the unit's safety - the user is responsible for proper stone maintenance for the warranty to remain valid.
