Every other Harvia electric heater produces essentially the same steam quality regardless of where water is poured - the stone bed is enclosed and water hits the same surface area. Warranty
2-year limited warranty (consumer use)
The Harvia Cilindro PC60E is covered by Harvia's 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase for consumer use. The warranty covers defects in manufacturing and materials under normal use conditions. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, use of incorrect stone type or size (non-AC3000, or stones outside the 5-10 cm specified diameter range), operating without the required minimum stone load, failure to follow the installation and operating guidelines in the manual, or damage from inadequate electrical installation. Manufacturer's note: sauna heater stones are significant to the unit's safety - the user is responsible for proper stone maintenance for the warranty to remain valid.
