Every Glide Care G-6 is backed by a 60-day full coverage warranty from the date of delivery, followed by an 18-month non-prorated manufacturer warranty on parts. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, including the frame, motors, controller, and electronics. The battery is covered for a shorter period under its own manufacturer warranty terms (typical lithium-ion battery warranty is 6 to 12 months depending on the manufacturer). The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, water damage beyond the IPX3 rating, unauthorized modification, or commercial use. Proof of purchase from an authorized dealer is required for any warranty claim, and we are an authorized Glide Care and ComfyGo dealer.
