Clinical Use
The Dolphin FIS System helps prevent and heal pressure ulcers (up to Stage 4) by reducing tissue strain and improving blood flow. It is also effective for patients recovering from post-operative flaps and grafts.
This system is ideal for patients who cannot be turned or repositioned due to medical conditions or when these movements could cause harm. It may also be used for spinal cord injury patients, once their condition is stabilized and approved by a physician.

The Dolphin Fluid Immersion Simulation (FIS) System provides a 2-year warranty on the mattress and its electronic components (compressors, valves, circuit boards, hoses, and couplers). The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use but does not cover damage from misuse.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Restock fees will be deducted in amounts ranging from 15% to 25% of the value of the item being returned.
