The Dignity Lifts Helper Lift HL1 is an alternative to a Hoyer Lift for BMAT Level 2 Patients. The Helper Lift HL1 helps caregivers lift and transport someone from any seated place to another seated place. It is a slimmer, more modern alternative to a Hoyer Lift. Hoyer Lifts are essential for BMAT Level 1 patients but the Helper Lift is better for BMAT Level 2 Patients. The HL1 is great for transferring residents that can sit upright on their own, but cannot move well. The Helper Lift can transport them to different locations in their home. It can pick up and place people from the following locations.

• It can pick someone up and place them to a seated position on the bedside
• Down to and up from the toilet
• Up and down from a couch or chair
• Up to a dining room table or up from and down to a dining chair
  
• If they have a zero entry shower, it can be used to place them on a separate shower chair.
• The most popular use is transfer someone to and from a wheelchair

This Helper Lift helps residents move from place to place inside their home without the awkwardness of a Hoyer Lift. The HL1 Helper lift is only 23" wide, so it fits easily through most doorways. Since the seat of the lift is located inside it's sides, the HL1 is easy to maneuver around a home or apartment.

• The Dignity Lifts Warranty covers 3 years of parts and 90 days of parts and service. Details of the warranty are as follows.  
• During the first 90 days of your ownership, Dignity Lifts will work with you and if necessary and possible a local appliance repair person to keep your Dignity Lift working properly. This warranty does not include installation of your lift, it covers only the lift itself and its operation.
• Your first point of contact for warranty repairs will be to call us or email us. Our team will handle your case. We will help diagnose the problem and fix it.
• Dignity Lifts can typically be serviced by an appliance repair technician. We can help see if there is one that services your area (rural customers might not qualify for this). We will send instructions and replacement parts to you or the technician.
• After 90 days and within 3 years of your purchase we will provide replacement parts free of charge. This does not include wear items such as batteries, grips and handles, but it does include the linkages, structure, actuators, and electrical components of your lift. If you require warranty parts, please contact us via telephone or email.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Restock fees will be deducted in amounts ranging from 15% to 25% of the value of the item being returned. The minimum restock fee on lower-value orders will be $15.
