The ComfyGo X-6 is a lightweight, budget-friendly electric wheelchair built for everyday reliability without sacrificing comfort. At just 49 lbs without the battery, it's easy to fold, lift, and transport, while still supporting riders up to 310 lbs.

ComfyGo X-6 Lightweight Electric Wheelchair

Two 250W motors deliver a combined 500W of power, with enough torque to climb inclines up to 6 degrees. Choose between the standard 12AH lithium-ion battery, airline and cruise approved with up to 13 miles of range, or the extended 20AH battery for up to 17 miles per charge. Both batteries charge from a regular home outlet using the included 24V 2A charger, with a full charge taking 6 to 8 hours.

A 360 degree joystick controller offers precise, effortless control, while intelligent electromagnetic brakes add smooth, responsive stopping power and help prevent rollback on slopes. A breathable cushion and backrest keep riders comfortable throughout the day.

ComfyGo X-6 folded for travel

The X-6 folds down for easy storage and travel, with adjustable anti-tip bars for extra stability on uneven ground. Five speed settings, capped at a 4 mph top speed, give riders fine control in any environment. The chair arrives 95% pre-assembled, so you'll only need to install the battery and mount the joystick controller before riding.

FAQ

Does the X-6 require assembly after delivery?+
No. The X-6 arrives 95% pre-assembled. You simply need to install the battery and mount the joystick controller, both quick, simple steps.
What battery options are available, and how far can the X-6 travel?+
The X-6 offers two lithium-ion battery options: 12AH (airline and cruise approved) for up to 13 miles, or 20AH (not airline approved) for up to 17 miles. Actual range varies based on user weight, terrain, weather, speed setting, and driving habits.
How long does it take to fully charge the battery?+
Both battery sizes take approximately 6 to 8 hours to fully charge. You can charge the battery on the chair or remove it and charge it separately.
Is the X-6 airline and cruise-ship approved?+
The 12AH lithium-ion battery is airline and cruise compliant for most major carriers. The 20AH battery is not approved for airline or cruise travel. Always confirm current battery regulations with your airline or cruise line before travelling.
Is the X-6 suitable for outdoor use?+
Yes. With 12 inch rear pneumatic tires, 8 inch front solid tires, a durable aircraft-grade aluminum frame, and weather-resistant electronics, the X-6 performs well indoors and outdoors on most everyday surfaces, but it should not be used in heavy rain or submerged in water.
Does the X-6 fold for travel or storage?+
Yes. The X-6 folds compactly to 30.5" L x 18.5" W x 30" H. Its lightweight folding frame makes it easy to load into trunks, store in closets, and take on trips.
What is the warranty for the X-6 Electric Wheelchair?+
The X-6 includes a 3-year frame warranty, 1-year motor warranty, 1-year battery warranty, and 1-year electronics warranty. Optional ComfyGO Care and ComfyGO Care+ extended plans are available for up to 3 years of additional battery and electronics coverage, and must be purchased within 90 days of delivery.
Are replacement parts available for the X-6?+
Yes. Replacement parts such as wheels, batteries, chargers, joysticks, cushions, and other components are available through authorized dealers.
Are the electronics waterproof?+
The electronics are weather-resistant, not fully waterproof. They tolerate light rain and splashes, but the chair should not be used in heavy rain, driven through deep puddles, or exposed to standing water.
What is the maximum climbing angle for the X-6?+
The X-6 can safely climb inclines of up to 6 degrees. Always ascend and descend slopes slowly and straight-on for maximum stability and safety.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. IBIS Wheelchair to Car Lift

The IBIS wheelchair to car lift was a game changer for us. My husband has been in a wheelchair for more than 40 years and we have never seen anything like this in the US and had no idea such a lift exist existed.

My guy is hemiplegic and usually able to stand pivot into the car but he broke his femur in November 2025 and had to be non-weight bearing for 3 months. He lost so much strength and ability that he could no longer do any kind of safe transfer.

Our friend found the IBIS wheelchair to car lift online and we decided to take the risk. It was worth every penny and more. Within a day of its arrival we were mobile and in and out of the car again. It is very manageable for me to operate and in our 60’s we are grateful for anything that lightens our load.

Everything arrived as advertised. Customer service was outstanding with clear communication. I was provided help to ensure my measurements were correct and was offered a few options to customize the sling. We had to get a new car right after we bought the lift and it was a good fit in the new car.
